Lovesac — Local services in Milford

I have ALWAYS wanted a Lovesac. When they opened the store in Milford, I knew it was time for me to finally make the purchase. From the moment I walked into the store, Amy was amazing. We got a quote and she made a point to follow up with us (not annoyingly) to let us know when promotions were happening, including when I could use the best promo they offer in conjunction with the heroes discount, which we were eligible for. Once we knew we were going to purchase, I had a million questions and was extremely indecisive and through it all, Amy was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and helpful. We received our couch earlier than expected (we ordered a custom fabric), so that was a nice surprise. It took time to put together, but was worth it. We did have a slight quality issue which Amy was extremely prompt to provide help and get a solution ASAP! She was, again, very impressive! Amy was amazing! Her knowledge of the products was impressive! She took the time to help me design the perfect setup for my space. Amy’s communication was excellent ! She was patient, answered all my questions promptly and provided creative solutions to make everything fit my budget and style.

Amy was incredible in helping me with the configuration while putting the set together, as well as helping me return items that didn’t fit my space while seamlessly ordering new ones. Oh my gosh, what can I say? We purchased our "Sactional" 3 years ago from a different location, and visited the new Milford location to order some new covers. This is the last sofa / sectional you will ever purchase, I promise you! I have recommended LoveSac to at least 5 people so far, who have all raved about it after getting it. They are SUPER well made, and are so easy to move around, clean, and customize your Sactional shape. I love how when the kids spill on the couch we can just take off the covers and wash them. And after a few years of abuse, we deicded to replace 2 of them (more from the cat scratching), but you simply can't really do that with any other furniture. I can't recommend this company enough.
