Wonder Milford — Restaurant in Milford

Highly disappointed with this experience. Pick up was fast and on time. I think that mostly means that they prepared my order a bit earlier than they needed to which gave it enough time to get cold. The sauce is indicated we’re not included in our bag. The lettuce on my sandwich was brown and soft and not edible. As a former food manager, when you were prepping your food, you know to discard The pieces that are not edible or food presentable . Not only did we have to reheat the onion rings because they were the coldest item in the bag. But I requested Swiss cheese on my sandwich and received American cheese. My Mac and cheese was supposed to have panko toppings. It did not. Was the WARMEST part of the meal though :) . I’m giving my things to the insulated cup. It was served in.

This experience definitely made me super cautious of even considering the other alternatives offered at the food hall. But mostly, I am upset that a $30 order turned out to be me picking Through my food scared, I would eat another bad piece of lettuce or greens and Upset because none of the sauces that I picked for my chicken meal came.

The ticket definitely identified these changes such as Swiss cheese and the sauces picked out. So I am not sure if this is due to negligence or the store just opening and staff still being trained.

I went here on Monday. I do have to say if you order for a family of 4 or more, which I have, it is worth it. Very interesting concept, my only complaint is when bagging products not to over bag. By the time I got home, the bag started to tear on the bottom. Also even though it is a pick up restaurant only, I feel that making it a little warmer temperature wise and decor wise might be beneficial. Aside that, the food was good. I had a bowl from their Mexican and it was the best I’ve had. My kids had the deep dish pizza one and my husband had the chicken sandwich. We will definitely be ordering again, I just hope the packaging...
