Mancini's Sleepworld Milpitas — Hotel in Milpitas

Days before Christmas we dropped in at Mancini's Milpitas to familiarize ourselves and try out different mattresses. We were assisted by Vanessa, the store manager. She did an outstanding job introducing different mattresses without any sales pressure. With her assistance we were able to zero in on two different manufactures and mattresses, but decided not to do an immediate purchase - we wanted to come back to do a second evaluation to see if the two choices were still our preferred choice.

We returned a few days after Christmas. We went to try out the two mattresses we had previously zeroed in on. To our surprise we did not experience a great difference over our existing mattress, but stumbled upon adjustable platforms. We were assisted by Vanessa and once again, she did an outstanding job and not an ounce of sales pressure. She listen to our concerns, patiently answered our many new questions, showed us different platforms and explained the features and differences, and then was able to guide us into a top Mancini adjustable base (Ergomotion Washington) at a great price. We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Vanessa and would highly recommend her, and the Milpitas store, to friends and family.

Last evening we were contacted by Mancini's delivery department advising us on the delivery time window, and the team showed up this afternoon ahead of the scheduled time - awesome! The delivery crew was polite and very professional. They got the adjustable base set up in under 1 hour, took away all the boxes and wrapping. We are now looking forward to get the best sleep in a long time.

I have purchase 3 mattresses from Mancini’s Sleepworld and this last visit was the easiest, most stress free experience yet. I decided to visit the 217 Ranch Drive location in Milpitas and was greeted by Kevin, a very knowledgeable and helpful mattress matchmaker, while finding a mattress that worked for us. Our previous mattress did not hold up well and based on the feedback we provided him, Kevin directed us to the first mattress, which was a perfect mix of firmness and comfort, while not having any uncomfortable pressure points. Awesome experience shopping at Mancini’s World Milpitas branch! and this wouldnt be possible if it werent for Brian Becker. You know he has a lot of information on everything they’re selling at the store, giving you explanation about sleeping anatomy which helps you better understand why things happen during asleep and in turn help you choose which mattress is right for you. He is not biased of brand, and let you choose for yourself which one feels right for you. He accommodates all my request ( which i change my mind like 3 times)!
