Let me write some CONS here; No proper cab facility within 5 miles drops, mostly front desk says all seats filled since every request, they fill max 4 seats. Sunday, no cad service. During memorial day, they said cab service available but later said due to understaff, cab facility was not available. Staff behavior is not on the par, infact is very very bad interms of interaction. Room service, very bad since you need to call them every time due to that 2 day cleaning policy. Even every 2 days once, they do not clean properly like soap, towels or shampoo. Shockingly, this hotel charges some amount shockingly from your credit card so please beware every time until you stay. For example, when I was about to vacate which I informed them almost 30 days before, still they initiated USD 1400 before vacate then when i asked, lated they reversed the pay. Breakfast service is ok, every time one or other items will not be available. When you ask them to refill, hotel people said, sorry it's over even though still within the breakfast time. Faced this issue 7 times within 21 days. Evening free food & snacks, so pathetic since you can't literally taste or eat anything. After few try, I gave up finally. Let me tell about the facility in room, hi speed Ethernet service does not work. Wifi also pathetic, it disconnects every 30mins once, checked both laptop & smartphone, same issue. Every day morning, TV does not work for almost 30 minutes, you can check from my pictures & videos. Most importantly, do not buy any items from this hotel since it's at least 30 times more expensive, for example water bottle, biscuits, chips or any detergent. You can buy from nearby Walmart or another stores. Single water bottle charged as USD 2.5 where as 30+ water bottles available as USD 5 from stores. If you are not planning to take rental car then better do not stay here. I would suggest not to choose this hotel if you have any other options nearby. Basically no one will be available, to take care of your escalations or any compliant. No proper manager or contact person available even though you can see multiple useless hotel staffs here. Read moreI’ve been in many hotels throughout my life, and this has been easily the worst experience I’ve ever had during my stay at a hotel. The staff was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful right from the first moment my wife and I stepped into the hotel. During my second day there, I placed some of my clothes in the dryer and went back up to my room. I came back after the drying time was complete to get my clothes to discover that they had been stolen. Upon inquiring with the front desk, they were rude and did not want to provide any help whatsoever. Apparently, there are no cameras anywhere in the laundry room and the hallway. I also discovered that even though the guest laundry room is supposed to be locked the staff leaves it open. ||||It became quite clear that the staff members were biased or even racist at times as my wife and I look different. The staff member at the front desk, named Caesar, was trying to manipulate my wife and I when we came through with a complaint about the stolen clothes. He claimed that they prefer that guests stay all 45 minutes next to the laundry and drying machines while their clothes are there. I’ve used public laundry areas in hotels throughout my life and it is never expected for guests to stay next to their clothes and this is the first time my clothes have been stolen. When we tried to escalate the situation and ask for a manager, they stated there are no managers present except only on Mondays, and they even rejected trying to contact any one in charge. My first visit was really positive but I have to say this time around I didn't enjoy it as much. The rooms they stuck us in were outdated and we asked to be moved after being stuck on the 3rd floor in the middle. The room we got afterwards on the main floors A/C unit didn't function and the room was super warm. There were knats outside & the smell from outside of trash flooded the room when we had to open the window for cool air. After telling the two ladies at the front desk - they told me to try working the unit directly, which I had already done. I was then called by the front desk saying it would be abt a 1/2 hr for maintenance to come fix the unit, when they had told me they would look for another room to put us in. It was already midnight at this point so I was a little disappointed that instead of just moving us - we had to have someone come in and try to fix the unit. They should have moved us immediately instead of bothering with having maintenance come out - which was pointless. I gotta tell you that after staying at Staybridge Suites just before, this hotel was a downgrade. We moved rooms 3x & only stayed a night so to have to transport our belongings that many times room to room is tiring especially if you have an early morning flight to catch. They also had the nerve to charge us $75 and I’m still waiting for my deposit back! Never...
