I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the behavior of Hotel Manager Victoria during my recent stay at your establishment. Her conduct was extremely rude and unprofessional, leaving a significant impact on my overall experience.

Throughout my stay, I encountered several instances where Manager Victoria displayed a complete lack of courtesy and respect. Her tone of voice was consistently condescending, and she exhibited a dismissive attitude towards guests' concerns. Such behavior is not only discourteous but also reflects poorly on the reputation of your esteemed hotel.

As a frequent traveler who has stayed in numerous hotels, I understand that occasional challenges may arise. However, what distinguishes exceptional establishments is the ability of their staff, especially managers, to handle such situations with grace and professionalism. Unfortunately, Manager Victoria failed to meet even the most basic expectations in this regard.

I believe it is crucial for you, as the management of the hotel, to be aware of these incidents and take appropriate action to rectify the situation. Guests should feel comfortable and respected during their stay, and the behavior exhibited by Manager Victoria undermines that fundamental principle.

The Crowns Plaza San Jose-Silicon Valley is conveniently at the corner of 237 and 880. In the case of my stay, we could easily see it as we were headed north on 880. It takes a few right turns to get to it, but the location is very conevenient. The check-in was quick and very typical of any hotel. Parking is all around the building and there wasn't a feeling it would ever get over-crowded or unsafe. Our room was on the 7th floor facing north. This isn't the best few of the city. While running in the gym on the 3rd floor, a much better few of San Jose was offered looking south. As mentioned, a fully furnished fitness center is available on the 3rd floor in addition to a pool and in-ground Jacuzzi. There is a restaurant on the bottom floor that offered meals all throughout the day. This is not free, it is an actual restaurant. It personally was a little too expensive for my taste. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Everything looked and felt modern. The bathroom was no exception. We only turned on the TV for a short while, but they offered about 50 channels including a few of the HBO channels. I definitely would recommend this hotel. Nice hotel, but every amenity costs. Breakfast, parking, $6 water in the room. Everything costs, which I haven't experienced at other Sonesta's. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are nice and clean. A little thread bare in places. Large parking lot, but not sure why it's $20 a night to park there. Had I known about the extra $ I probably would have stayed elsewhere as it quickly adds up. Walking distance across the street from a nice Asian market and variety of restaurants. Small mini fridge in rooms. No microwave. Coffee station. I'm not sure if I needed to ask but I also didn't get housekeeping on a Sunday - Friday stay. I just kept assuming "today was the day" and was too tired to deal with it when returning to my room. No streaming on TV, but had extended cable. Pool looked nice but was closed for maintenance for my stay. Easy drive to convention center with a variety of routes to avoid traffic.
