Rainbow Shops — Local services in New York

I am going to say this, and please read keenly. The store itself has great options but there is one big flaw. That woman who has the pink/rainbow hair, she is going to be the downfall of this store. From her attitude, to her impatience. Maybe she needs sensitivity training or something because the way she treats customers is very disrespectful. You can tell that she doesn't like or want to do her job. She's never positive. Just attitude filled and overbearing. I feel that if you combat this problem your store might have a chance. She needs to be spoken to or let go expeditiously. Don't be surprised if business declines because of her. Her energy is nasty and draining. I don't think I'm coming back to this Rainbow. The one further down has much more positive energy. After having to deal with that rude lady, taking the long walk down to the next Rainbow was...

I just came from this store 10 minutes ago and it was closed the workers are still in there waiting to clock out for 9 I asked why can’t I come in if the time says closed at 9 and online says the same thing I was told they didn’t have good a.c today by the lady with the glasses so she wants to go home. It's pretty decent. The staff are ok, some are nicer than others. If you looking for a floor associate you won't really find that here. I mainly see the manager organizing the racks. You can find trendy pieces and basic stuff. It's an ok size, not as big as some of the other rainbows. So you won't find all the nice pieces here. I never had trouble here and I always find...
