I would give this pizza hut two stars because the food was decent, but I don't want to underemphasize the catastrophe that was my experience. My sister and I are in town visiting from out of state. On our bus back from the city, she suggested I order now so it would be at our hotel soon after we arrived. When I told her google had 2.4 stars on average and yelp had 1.5, she suggested I order pizza elsewhere. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO HER. Our hotel is right across the street from this pizza hut, so I thought no, no big deal. How hard is it to get a pizza across a street? VERY hard apparently.
Upon looking this pizza hut up, I saw they were open until 11. Great, I thought. They'll have plenty of time! I ordered at 9:40pm and the site said it would only take 25-35 minutes, since you know, it is ACROSS THE STREET. About 20 minutes after ordering, I got a notification that the pizza was out for delivery. As time went on, I kept making excuses for the driver. Maybe he had a flat tire. Maybe he had other orders to drop off. After 50 minutes went by, I decided to call the restaurant. Someone answered then hung up on me. I called twice more, and listened to their phone ring for a total of 5 minutes. It would hang up on me after ringing for 2.5 minutes. My sister and I genuinely thought we weren't going to eat dinner tonight. We thought the pizza just wouldn't show up.
Then 25 minutes after that, an HOUR after they said the pizza would be here, the guy showed up. He asked if I had a pen because I needed to sign. He then took the pen, and I asked him, annoyed at the situation, if he was going to sign for me. What he did next blew my mind. He had a receipt w/o the tip, total, and signature lines. So he wrote "tip" and drew a line next to it. I wanted to ask him what the point of me signing was? There wasn't a signature line, and I was just going to give him my spare change as a tip. I didn't want to be a complete dick, so I refrained. I took the food before I signed/wrote -- for the tip so I could just close the door immediately afterward. Gave him 75 cents for a tip (when I initially had 5 dollars set aside). We had to microwave our food. Thankfully our hotel room had a microwave or we would be eating sad cold pizza. How the hell did it take him so long? No matter what possibilities there are I could not come up with a reasonable answer.
If you're out of town, or better yet, if you live here: do not go here! Order elsewhere! I know the pizza hut cravings can be so real. That's why I ignored the reviews. DON'T IGNORE...

Ordered my pizza at 11:37 am online and the expected delivery time was 12:07 pm. I waited until 12:35 pm and called the store. The phone rang for about 2 minutes but no one answered so I thought the store was closed. This lady picks up the phone at very last minute and speaks very unfriendly. I asked her if my pizza is coming and wanted some kind of an explanation why it's coming late but only thing she says is, "5 to 10 minutes". I was clearly able to feel that she didn't want to talk to me and I also didn't want to talk to a clerk with such attitude. I got my pizza at 12:55 pm, opened the pizza and it was cold so I had to heat it up in microwave (first time in my life putting fresh pizza in microwave). As I was about to pick up the second piece, I saw a narrow thing sticking out of my slice. At first, I thought it was cheese melted narrowly but as I pulled it out, I was shocked to see super long hair of a lady. I didn't feel like eating anymore so threw out the whole pizza. I promise I will never order from this place again and they should know that there are other pizza franchises with better qualities. Read moreDO NOT ORDER - Worst experience I have ever had - I have ordered 2 separate times from this location for delivery (giving them the benefit of the doubt to reorder since the first time was a high traffic day and I assumed they were busy). I tried once directly through the website online order for delivery, and once through Grubhub. Both have resulted in no delivery, not status updates, no response, and I never received my money back for the online orders (grubhub was the only place I got a refund). The reception I received was as if I ordered at a non-existent location.
I waited over 3 hours both times, trying to call the establishment with no one picking up, and no online support through Pizza Hut org. I honestly assumed this store was fake and just taking money from online orders, until I drove by one time and saw someone walking out with a pizza. You will not receive a refund if you don't get your order and after a week of contacting them (since my order was very large and it was over $100) I finally got ahold of a manager who told me they could give me Pizzahut credit to only use at their location and I have 15 days to use it. Why would I want to order again when I could guarantee I would never get my order in the first place? And that was the most they would offer. 0/10 - would absolutely...
