First Wok — Restaurant in North Bergen

Fret tike wok last time ordering. The crab sticks are mushy like pudding on the inside. The fries are soaking wet with oil. On top of not a drop of salt or seasoning. The chicken wings are exceptionally small and dampened as if they were fried then left in untested oil. The pork fried rice is quite literally boiled yellow rice with veggies. Again. Tasteless. The egg roll tasteless and again, wet with oil. Just paper towel dry it’s not that difficult. Lastly the sweet and sour is, can you guess it? Wet tempura chicken. A wasted $40 and I would definitely not recommend a drop of food from this establishment and require frankly they need to get their cooking skill in order. Practice prepping with seasoning, change the type of fry that doesn’t become soggy as it fry’s. Freeze the crab sticks before frying and soak them as long because they are mush. The food came, we tried it and trashed it....

Don't order here! They charge for delivery for "covid" since when? Regardless, I'm willing to pay for delivery, they charge me $10.95 for chicken and rice and send me a small bowl, order nuggets and fries and half of the container empty! They give nothing! No soda, no egg roll nothing! I only order 2 times cause the food is decent, but the prices outrageous and ridiculous and when I call she only said "oh well I'm sorry" . I'm not overpaying for Chinese food when there's thousand around me with free delivery, free soda after $10 and faster food then they usually 45 to 59m to add to the insult...

ordered via uber eats and it took over an hour to even get a driver there, and then i went through two drivers because the order wasn’t even prepared- now at this points it’s over an hour. I called the restaurant to be told their manager only took care of online orders and that we had to wait for a call back to check the status of order. When i asked if she could at least check to see if my meal was cooked, she just said “you have to wait for me to call back”. Never called back, uber refunded me, and the restaurant never answered my calls (prior to the refund). Horrible place,...
