Asked about damage, was told only scratches. The phone had a burned image on the screen as well. Won't be returning to this shop. I asked multiple times during our conversation if there was any damage to the phone, and the reply was "other than scratches here or there, no damage", and "no, just scratches". When I asked to swap it with another one of the 3 they claimed they had, the reply was "all used galaxies have a burned image, so it is not beneficial to swap". When I asked to see them and determine myself if it was beneficial, they replied "they do not do returns, as the customer can inspect the phone". So they sold a phone with a burned image, fully aware of its condition and yet said there was no damage other than scratches. I'll accept that yes as a customer I did not check to see if there was a burned image, but it was not obvious on the home or call screen due to the background covering it. But when most other apps open, it's very noticeable.
