Wawa — Restaurant in Oak Ridge

I am giving it 5 stars ONLY because of Jessica! She is the nicest person i have ever come in contact with. If it wasn't for her, i wouldn't return to this store. Just today i had filled a soda and was reaching for a lid and straw around 2 other employees that were standing around talking and i had to loudly say EXCUSE ME before one of them bumped into me with a full soda in my hands. Jessica is nice and professional every. single. time i go to this store, which has been often given my job is about 2 miles up the road. If i could hug her, i would! she compliments me daily! i just adore her! She is deep down a genuine beautiful soul that wants to spread positivity and i appreciate that to the fullest. I'm getting teary eyed right now writing this! Even when its super busy she is kind and calm!!! She deserves some recognition from her employers, which i hope she receives daily! Thank you Jessica!! If you haven't been told today, you're extremely appreciated and I admire your ability to turn someones frown...

If I could give a lower rating for this place, I would. I came at two a m to get something to eat.And I asked, what time the kitchen closed?They said three a m. So I decided to order a pizza. How about the chick behind the counter was like? Oh, I'm tired. I can't wait to go home, and burns the very pizza that I ordered. First of all, you're the one who signed an application to get a job at this establishment. So that means that you have to abide by the establishment rules and do what you're supposed to do for the customer. You better believe I got my money back.But she was very rude about the whole situation. I really don't know what the heck she was expecting.I always check my food and every single pepperoni on that pizza was burnt to a crisp. Was I supposed to eat that mess?! Hell no. I frequently update my reviews for Wawa stores because I visit a Wawa on average 4 to 5 times a week. My latest visit to this location has been the second this week... most likely because I've been on a smoothie kick for the past few weeks. That might have something to do with the Cheesecake-flavored smoothies that Wawa so graciously brought back (Thanks to an overwhelmingly positive response to their initial introduction this Winter) and an awesome employee behind the Beverages Counter named Shantoria... she made one of the best Caramel Cheesecake smoothies I think I've had to date, so I just made another visit tonight on my way home from Best Buy, and this time it was a guy named Michael behind the Beverages Counter that made my smoothie order: a regular Cheesecake smoothie and a Caramel Cream smoothie.
