I guess let's start with the positives. The room was clean, but very dated. It had a refrigerator & microwave. Coffee pot & hair dryer. Pretty standard in most hotels. The staff was friendly and efficient. They called shortly after we got to our room, to see if everything was good with the room. We had a room with 2 queen beds. The beds were very comfortable. Now for the bad. The outside entrance would not allow access with our room key. It is a large hotel and had to walk a long way to our room. The outside trash cans were full and overflowing. The fencing around the property was knocked down in several sections. The property is in need of repair. We saw an outside pool & hot tub area that was closed. Not sure if it will be open by summer. If a pool is important to you, I would call for an update. The vending machines were unplugged and not working. There were 3 convenient stores with in a block, so snacks, water, or soda is in close proximity. We were in town for one day. Didn't arrive until 6 and had an event that didn't get us back to the room until after midnight. We were just using the room to sleep. For the price and the fact it was one day, it wasn't horrible. In a pinch, I might stay...
Read moreI gave this hotel one Star because it wouldn’t let me put negative stars! There are ZERO USB ports, you will need to bring your own. I have attached several photos including “breakfast” that started at 6:30. These photos were taken at 7. We had to ask the clerk for plates and cups and he was not happy about helping us and said “it’s free” when we asked about the lack of fruit as advertised in the website. The pictures speak for themselves from the lack of actual food to the raw pancakes. The dining room floor was dirty!! If you like a hard uncomfortable bed, this place is for you! The wall in the bathroom has several holes and the one outlet in there is burnt up. They clearly refill the free shampoo and conditioner, theyre not even the same brand. We are here for a 2 night stay but would have bailed this morning if we could get our money back! There seems to be a total of 1 employee on a weekend. Do yourself a favor, don’t stay here! You can see the safety on the patio door. Wyndham needs to do a better job of checking up on the hotels that...
Read moreThis place is sketchy. The signs out front say it's a Baymont and a Day's inn, with another sign on the building saying it's a Clarion. Had it not been 10pm with a sleepy 8 month old and the fact that, as fast and easy as it was to book this room through priceline, it is also non refundable with short notice. I would have just left after the first glance, but we didn't and the room was surprisingly bad also. The carpet is damp, the ac unit wouldn't shut off and now it won't turn back on, keeps freezing up. There's a band aid on the smoke detector for some reason. The bed felt like cardboard filled with plastic bottles. And the pool is still shut down for "covid" and no continental breakfast for the...
