I called early in the day to make sure a package I had ordered had arrived, and on call I was recording I had been told that the package was delivered and that the gentleman took the liberty of upgrading my room for me per the request I put in my booking reservation. Also included in that request was the fact that I'm a Disabled Veteran. It's literally the first thing I always mention in case the hotel doesn't have an elevator. This hotel doesn't have an elevator, so one would expect that they would place a disabled person on the first floor especially when he brought it to their attention well in advance. Upon arrival late at night just before midnight, I checked in and since it was so late, I asked for a late check out since 11am was less than 11 hours away. I was graciously told that I could have an additional 30 minutes. As a Diamond Member with the hotel chain, I have the additional perk to be able to request up to a 2PM check out. I was hoping for just a 1PM and I probably would have been out before then. I also had been moved to a room that was not the room I booked, or the room that I was told I was upgraded too, and it was on the second floor which I couldn't access because I'm disabled, which I had made very clear. After 3 attempts to go up the stairs to the room with my luggage and failing, I went back to the front desk after having already been told twice that there was no available room at all on the first floor, I then asked for a refund and that I would take my business elsewhere since they clearly didn't care about their highest tiered customer, because between the time it took me to go my truck and back, a gentleman walked off the street and was given a bottom floor room right after I had requested a room on the ground level with no reservation, and I had made this reservation almost a week ago and made my disabilities and requests made clear well in advance. When requesting to cancel my room, the front desk agent continued to argue with me, and eventually he called a colleague, the one I had apparently spoken to earlier in the day when asking about my package arriving, and the person that told me they had "upgraded me" causing this mess. I have that conversation recorded and told him this, and he lied to the desk agent in front of me and said that he stated he would only upgrade me if there was availability, which on the recording I have he had originally stated he has already upgraded me. Having had to reassign my room again since I showed up so late and they gave someone else my upgrade, they told me the only way to put me in a first floor room would be to have to move someone else's room who hadn't checked in yet, which the agent stated he didn't want to do because it would upset that customer. What he said was exactly what they had done to me, and I was upset. So now he's arguing with me that he can't do to someone else what he had already done to me, and I'm a Disabled Veteran Diamond Member. All of this has been recorded and documented, and will be hopefully be dealt with properly once my complaint...

The latest third party booking was so much of a disaster that I ended up having to cancel this non refundable reservation due to the ignorance of this daughter they have running this joint!||I booked a king size bed non smoking with a third party app, the app showed a king size bed non smoking, but the daughter insisted it was only a queen size bed room.||Let me tell you folks, Do NOT stay in there rooms with queen size bed in the rear of the motel! They are Roach invested, broken furniture, lousy beds, Broken TV, NO frig or microwave, etc! The King size beds in the front of the motel are adequate.||This idiot daughter spent close to 2 hours fighting with me and the third party booking app all for a lousy 25 dollars she wanted for an upgrade! I already paid close to a hundred for 2 nights and she wanted more from me and the third party.||I informed the third party app, which is AGODA to cancel the reservation and demand my money back for this daughter of the motel trying to scam me and the third party app!||My mission is simple, I am working to have every booking app that is connected with this Bull chit econolodge in Brickstown to no longer offer booking services!||Daughter, you know who I am! and you fkd with the wrong Bull!||It's a damn shame as the mother and father knows how to treat customers to bring in continual business. This daughter has no clue what it takes to run a motel! I will never step foot in your motel from hell and will do everything in my power to shut your you down and send you packing your bags back to India where you came from!||As Americans we are sick and tired of the cheap ass service you provide, You come to America, buy a cheap motel and literally run it down to the ground with little repairs. Then these Indian families actually LIVE AT THE MOTEL they run! For a Tax Write off naturally! STAY AWAY...

But I noticed there are no vents in the bathrooms so there was black mold all over the walls in the shower and on the floor (I should have gotten pictures). The housekeepers were extremely rude and gave both me and my husband dirty looks any time they came to our room. They acted as if they couldn’t clean our room because of our clothes bens and stuff. The front desk people were also rude. They told us we would be moved so they could fix the tiles in that bathroom we packed all our stuff ready to move only to be ghosted. Then they told us we would be moved to another room so they could “deep clean” the room we were in. Apparently the housekeepers don’t know how to move things so they could clean. They never moved our room and forced us to check out and refused to let us pay for more nights to do said “deep clean”. They said we would be able to check in again afterwards I sat for 2 hours after I checked out and no one ever went to that room to clean it. They proceeded to try to rush us out after not allowing us to move rooms like they promised. I would NOT recommend staying here unless you absolutely have to. There are far better motels down the street and even across at the comfort inn. My family wasn’t the only people they did this too and we just happened to notice all the other people who were leaving while we were had been told the same bullshit lie about the deep cleaning and amount of things we had being a “fire hazard”. Which is bullshit because there are plugs in the bathrooms that’s a huge fire hazard. They can keep the lil funky ass $40 deposit. Also they don’t have breakfast or any type of food service as listed during booking....
