P&M Truck Repair and Wash — Local services in Oklahoma City

On 6/21/2019 I had replaced manual transmission on my semi truck Freigtliner Cascadia 2012. My truck broke down in Oklahoma City,OK and had chose this shop to do the work, replaces brand new transmission bought from Inland Truck Parts and service also from Oklahoma City,OK. Exactly 2 months after I had new transmission truck broke down transmission failed .My driver drove the truck from Idaho with load to be delivered in NY when 120 miles before Chicago which is my home town and office is based here also he had lost 9th gear while driving. He made it safely to Chicago and I had called a shop if can be taken into on Saturday, September 1st. I was told that is transmission issue and they have to look into more detailed and they have to do it on Tuesday September 3th since was holiday weekend and shop closed.I called Malik Sharma the owner of the shop in Oklahoma and told him what happen to the new transmission I was given written document from the shop says that transmission lines were resting on the transmission and rubbed trough and that lines weren’t rooted in place properly and caused them to wear. After I had told this and send copy to the owner and person that did my repair he is denying and not honoring the warranty that is claimed on my invoice of $7360.26 that I had payed to him. I am left with no working truck, paying for hotels for my employee down time, anxiety, not sleeping and have no choices how to resolve this. This shop and this person do not want to take responsibility for what they did and it is terrible, not professional and disgrace to have business license to only charge people and not stand up for the work they did. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE!!! 100% SCAM ARTISTS!! After saying they’d have my truck done in a week after what was suppose to only be originally replacing the head, it then turned into needing new injectors and a new wiring harness. I went to pick it up 3 weeks later when they finally said it was done paid then over $20,000 and left with my truck only to break down 1/4 of a mile up the street. My truck sat there another 6 months, they never fixed it but to make it worse they caused so many electrical problems that they not only cost me loss of income for the whole time they had my truck but the track is trashed beyond repair bc of all the problems they caused, the new mechanic where the truck went to said, they completely screwed you and they’d be better off buying you a new truck instead of someone else trying to fix what they messed up. I drove my truck in to them and after +$20,000 spent it had to be towed out of there! Not to mention when it was pouring down rain they had my truck sitting in the rain with the windows all the way down. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS PLACE!!! THEY ARE THIEVES & LIARS! ITLL BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE...

Horrible service. Not capable. Sent a 2020 Cascadia truck to there shop because of DEF signs coming on dashboard and derating reducing the truck speed to 55mph. After diagnosing for 2 days they replaced DPF pressure sensor, DPF Temp, ACM Harness , did reprogrammed the EPU, truck was done after 4th day in shop, went for a test drive was running well, drivers started moving towards CA and just after 120 miles the same problem again appeared. Paid 4000$ for the previous fix, have to bring back the truck to them, and since last 2 days now, they are not even responding to my phone calls. Owners cell phone is the only no. available and its always going to his voicemails. I have clearly asked that if they cannot handle the issue then let me know so that i can move it to the dealer as already killed 6 days sitting there but they are not responding. We are based in Canada so cannot go physically to check what they are doing with it. Pathetic service. Just be true on what you do and don't waste other people time and money, be honest in...
