My family and I just ate at the Smokehouse social. The food and service was outstanding. 10 out of 10 overall (food and service) We had two servers- Bella and Halle who were wonderful. Not only did they take amazing care of everything for our table, but all their suggestions were spot on. The food was unbelievably good & there was a ton of it. Portions were really good size. 1. Entrees - Brisket & Ribs were both perfect. So tender that you didn’t need a knife or fork to cut it, as it easily pulled apart and just melted in your mouth. - Smokehouse Chili Bowl was so good that my daughter and I continued eating it, even after we both kept saying how full we were. It’s not the best we’ve ever had but it’s definitely one of the best that we’ve had at a restaurant. 2. Appetizers - Deviled eggs, with shaved brisket was so good - smoked chicken wings were amazing 3. Sides - baked Mac n’ Cheese was terrific and was a huge portion, especially for it being a side item - cornbread was terrific - steak fries weren’t bad but the other food was so good that we didn’t want to fill up on them and waste valuable stomach space that was better used for the other food that we ordered. - onion rings were great 4. Desert - unfortunately no room for desert

We had an incredible experience at Smokehouse Social in OKC! We came to celebrate our son’s 12th birthday, and from the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make the night special. Our waitress Peyton was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, friendly, and truly made us feel at home. She even invited our three boys to play on the simulator games with her husband and friends, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. Our birthday boy felt celebrated and included the entire evening. The food? Phenomenal. We ordered the longbone ribeye, and it was absolutely next-level. It was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Chef Brandon clearly has a passion for what he does, and it shows in every bite. The steak was big enough for the four of us to share and still feel completely satisfied. He checked on us several times during the evening to make sure we were taken care of. If you’re looking for a place with a great atmosphere, amazing food, and a team that genuinely cares, Smokehouse Social is a must-visit. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

The service was extremely slow. My mother’s order was wrong but we didn’t realize it until it was too late because we ordered it to go. We were planning on eating there, but since it took us so long to get waters, my cocktail, and our appetizers, we told them to make it to go. Needless to say , they didn’t make it to go so we had to send it back so they could box it up. The watermelon lemonade cocktail didn’t taste like lemonade. When the manager asked us how everything was and I told him it only tastes like watermelon, he replied that it’s supposed to taste like watermelon and not lemonade because of the watermelon pucker. Well if that’s the case then it needs to be called watermelon and not watermelon lemonade. The deviled eggs are extremely salty. The main food is incredibly bland. The only thing that was enjoyable was the burnt and queso, which is spicy by the way. Definitely not a $92 meal

Good food, TERRIBLE simulators (unless you’re doing golf). The rest of the simulator experience is not as advertised, and really poor organization and service from the venue.

We arrived a few minutes early for our simulator reservation, but the previous group in our bay wasn’t done, and staff hadn't even checked them out yet by the time our reservation started. It was 15 mins past our reservation time before they had the area cleared out and we even had menus.

The kids excitedly jumped to the simulators to try the shooting game which they were most looking forward to. The guns didn’t work. We asked a staff member about it. He said “Yeeeaaah, the guns aren’t working right in this bay.” We alerted our server, and she said she’d have someone look into it. No one ever followed up.

Other games were pretty much garbage. The simulator is clearly built to simulate golf, anything that isn’t golf based just isn’t accurate, and doesn’t work well. Standing directly in the center of the light, throwing a ball directly at a target, and watching it sail wildly left or right of where you hit is pretty discouraging to kids, and they quickly grew frustrated with it.

They also wanted to try football, and…there was no football in our bay. We asked staff for one, and they said they would check…and never followed up again.

Oh, and the clubs were shared between two bays, so when we did want to golf we often had to wait for the right club to come back from the other bay.

We paid for 2 hours, and tried to make the best of it, but once our food arrived, we left, after about 80 mins. We’d have stayed even less time if the food had come faster.

At no time did management or any staff apologize or attempt to address any of the broken or missing equipment, or the long wait for our...

I really want to love Smokehouse Social and all of the ingredients are there to make it special but it is not there yet. We had reservations on a Saturday night for 5:30 and were shown an outdoor table almost immediately. The weather outside was amazing! We were greeted quickly and our drink order was taken right away. We all only wanted water and it took 36 minutes to get water. Speaking of the water, I would recommend you leave the water refill decanters at the table and let folks refill at will. We ordered the the Burnt End Queso for an appetizer and it was excellent! There are PLENTY of wait staff but they were super busy and disorganized. They were all very friendly and personable. The doors to the outside are a huge issue to the waitstaff, the doors are heavy and close too quickly and it causes an incredible amount of ineffeciency. There is music playing loudly from the beach and music playing loudly on outdoor speakers from the restaurant so the outdoor diners have two different music sources blaring at once. I would turn off the speakers on the outdoor wall of the restaurant since the beach music is plenty loud. The smoked chicken was dry, cold and mostly tasteless. My grocery store's rotisserie is better. The brisket was fine. The ribs were dry. The sausage was dry. The beans and ham were good! They are a sweet baked bean variety so be prepared for that. The steak fries and the mac n' cheese were good. The onion rings were not homemade and not that good. It took an hour and 45 minutes, and we had our food served at one hour and 15 minutes. They lost our check so we waited about 10 more minutes for a check to surface. There is so much potential and I am sure they will get everything...

Let me start by saying: Smokehouse Social isn’t just a restaurant… it’s a spiritual experience for your taste buds. I came here looking for a quick bite and left questioning every life choice that didn’t involve smoked brisket and loaded mac & cheese.

First off, HUGE shoutout to the staff. These folks know hospitality like they know BBQ, which is to say, VERY WELL! Friendly, fast, and so helpful I wanted to invite them to Thanksgiving.

Now let’s talk food. The brisket? So tender it practically apologized for being eaten. The ribs? Falling off the bone like they heard a good gossip secret. And that Bourbon Chipotle BBQ sauce? I would drink it out of a wine glass if that were socially acceptable (and I’m honestly considering doing it anyway).

Did I mention the VR Golf and Archery? These bays are seriously impressive, tons of fun, and perfect for everything from a casual swing to pretending you’re on the PGA tour (minus the walking and sunburn).

And here’s the best part… you don’t have to be a guest to eat there! I repeat: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE STAYING AT THE RESORT. Smokehouse Social is a standalone spot with its own entrance, so no need to wander through a lobby awkwardly pretending you know where you’re going.

So whether you’re staying at Okana or just in the neighborhood and craving top-tier BBQ, do yourself a favor and swing by. Your stomach will thank you. Your soul will thank you. Your cardiologist… might have some questions, but they’ll understand.

10/10, would eat again and...
