Reply to the owner: In fact the actual takeaway from here is in fact thay you are a liar first of all. Wow! Rude as hell and passing off cheaply made items extremely overpriced. Twisting a toy that is intended to be twisted is not pushing it past its intended use. Twisting it IS its intended use. I expect no less after your example of poor customer service that day in the store. I never said my son dropped the item. He twisted the knock off puzzle cube as it is intended to be played with and it shattered into all of its pieces. There was no rough handling. The item is made to be twisted. I presented you with all of the pieces of the item approximately 2 minutes after purchasing it and asked you to exchange it because that's what your receipt said. Not because i wanted this cheaply made item so badly as you implied but because you already had my money and provided me with a cheap product. You were the one who said it was an easily broken toy after the fact. Perhaps you should label those toys as easily broken as you said they were so other people such as myself don't waste their money with you. You lied throughout your reply because you informed me in the store that these break very easily which tells me this was not the first time. You were not at all surprised by the broken item and you didn't try to explain anything. The short version was I asked you to replace the item. You refused to replace the item. I said I just bought it you said sorry it's cheap and you can't twist the twisty thing and I left. Stop lying. Your extremely lengthy and shady reply will just push my point home. I will never spend another penny with you and after this interaction, I recommend others bypass your store too.
Would not go here again. Initially I thought the same as many, what a cute little store. A bit over priced for some items but cute. The cashier was very sweet and friendly. But they don't stand behind their products and even though it says exchange or credit on their receipt they will refuse to honor that. I bought a small shark week knock off rubiks cube for $8 for my son. We walked out of the store into the next store and he twisted the cube and it shattered. I picked up all the pieces and immediately walked back to the store. I asked if we could switch it for another one since we had JUST purchased it. The cashier called the manager over who at first blamed my son for handling it too roughly saying that you couldn't twist this child's toy that is made to be twisted very hard or it would break. I was confused and again explained that I JUST purchased it and would like to exchange it for one that wasn't broken. His reply was no they would not exchange it because that was a cheaply made toy and broke easily. Then why are they selling it at all much less for $8 and not honoring...
Read moreMy significant other and I are at the beach for the day and we were having a great day until visiting this shop. We were looking at some knick knacks after spending some time on the beach. When we got toward the back of the shop a man that worked there approached us very abruptly and rudely and asked us if we had just came from the beach (which is literally right by the shop because this is Panama City Beach Florida and it's in Pier Park). And after my significant other said yes he said (very rudely) that we were getting water on his floor (which really wasn't a lot and shouldn't be a problem considering we're at the beach) and told us that we needed to leave. Terrible customer service! I am very upset and really didn't need the extra emotions considering...
Read moreHonestly had the worst experience here. Went in to shop and had several things picked out when whoever was behind the counter took it upon herself to yell at my nephew who was bothering nothing. We immediately put everything back and walked out. I’m amazed that people spend money in this place. You’re a store that I’m sure makes the majority of your money from tourist but you have an issue with children.. make it make sense. It’s not like he wasn’t supervised either there were three...
