I've got to say that I am VERY impressed with Eric Post, the Assistant Manager for Ron Jon's surf shop in Panama City Beach! Long story here. I bought an American Flag tag frame last summer (2020) there when the family and I went on vacation. If I had put it on my truck then, it would have covered up my 2020 tag sticker (that's illegal here in Georgia) so I waited until the new sticker came in January to put the frame on so I could place the tag sticker where it could be seen. After two weeks, the 'wrap' on the metal frame bubbled pretty badly and started falling of. I sent an email to RJ's just to see if there was anything I could do as far as replacing it knowing it was very doubtful. Eric replied to me very quickly and he was genuinely interested in trying to help me out. He said they took those tags off the shelf because they had issues with it and asked if I still had the receipt which I actually thought I might but never could find it so I just figured I was done and just moved on. Eric emailed me back after almost a week to see where I was on the receipt and I just told him I couldn't find it and didn't want to bother him anymore about it. Later, he sent me a picture of a new batch of frames which was identical to the one I have and offered to send that to me or get a store credit. I took the frame. Unbelievable customer service!! This is a great place to become great place to bring your family located in an amazing area right across from the beach right outside of them all they carry tons of clothing that you won't find anywhere else amazing Beachwear and just great stuff you're never going to find anywhere great place to bring your kids all kinds of cool stuff for them biggest problem is they don't accept tap-to-pay which I feel is absolutely stupid considering the most everywhere in the World accepts tap-to-pay but for some reason you cannot get this feeling that ronjons feels that they're above or don't even want to convert their system for whatever reason so this I feel like causes some Teresa lot of money that they could be making especially down where they're all located a lot of us don't carry our wallets and we store our credit cards and debit cards on our phone so it can't be stolen so it's very frustrating to have to go back and get cash to pay for things and your locations are all interest areas so you would think having tap-to-pay would make common sense I feel that that keeps him from making a lot more money and it's kind of an inconvenience for me to have to carry cash and all these things on me but I'll good night as fast as very polite and like I said they have something for everyone here and it's located in a great location but it's time to get with the times run John's and update your systems to...
