Earthbound Trading Co. — Local services in Panama City Beach

I love earthbound and when I get the chance to go into a store I’m definitely going. This location has great options and I’ve frequented it every time I visit the area. It’s become a tradition. However one of my recent visits was an unusual experience. I too felt like I was being watched when looking around the store. They are clearly traumatized from people stealing but to make people who aren’t stealing uncomfortable isn’t fun. Also the older lady with blonde-ish hair made some comment about me to another employee saying something like “that’s the rude one” but I was confused because I hadn’t been rude? I did ask her to clarify the ongoing promotions and she seemed so annoyed. Every other employee I’ve interacted with was super nice...

I visit this store all of the time and have had nothing but fantastic experiences. The shelves are always stocked with great products, the whole store is always very neat and tidy, and the workers have always been very warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable about everything in the store. I visit different earthbound stores everywhere I go, and this store is exceptional. I am also grateful that they enforce a mask policy AND provide free masks. 10/10, I would recommend this...

I went to this location with my family and was super excited to buy some things as I haven't been to an Earthbound in quite some time. Unfortunately, I was followed by at least four employees the entire time I was in the store, to the point where my mother took notice and asked me about it. I even saw the employees gesturing at me, saying something about "that situation over there." Very disappointed. I did not purchase anything and will not be making any purchases...
