I was in Panama City Beach earlier this year when my daughter surprised me with a very lovely shirt it turned to be my favorite shirt! Fast-forward to this month we were down in Fort Myers Beach Florida, and before coming home, we went to wash laundry at a local laundromat, I had to run to Walmart and I thought everything would be OK. Well wouldnât you know it? Someone literally stole my beautiful favorite sweatshirt out of the dryer! I was so sad and so brokenhearted it took me forever to find the name of the place that my daughter bought the shirt from earlier this year! We searched all over the Internet for pictures of all of the stores at Pier Park in Panama City Beach and the last one we looked at online I said thatâs the one thatâs where we got it from from this point forward I will never forget the name of the store or the very generous amazing human beings that helped us! I found the number for the store on Google and I called it and the guy was so nice. I shared with him my story. He said I am on the other side of the world right now in another country but I will help you and do everything I can to get you another shirtâŚ. we worked together and he worked with his store manager and they searched all over until they found me another shirt! I was so happy I was literally crying, happy tears! Dane The store manager and Yosi The owner felt so bad and jumped right in to help us figure out exactly what this shirt was and whether or not they still had it and if they didnât have it, they said they would make sure to locate me one and I would have a shirt by the end of the week! That was literally three days ago today on my doorstepâŚ.There was a shirt for me and my daughter! They are so very beautiful. I told them next time Iâm in Panama City BeachâŚ. They are both getting a great big olâ hug from me! Thanks again guys. You are nothing short of amazing! The shirts...
Read moreI do not rate things and give them a bad review but my experience at this store needs one. I was followed and stared down by employees and security my whole time shopping. Mind you I do not look suspicious and was not acting like I was. I was just shopping and browsing like a normal customer. They made it so obvious which made me very uncomfortable and irritated. I was shopping with family on the souvenir side after leaving the boutique side with a $60 dress. The lady on the boutique side let me know it was ok for me to shop over there with the dress but I'd have to pay for the dress over in the boutique area. At the end of my shopping with my stepmom and little sister an employee asked if I need any help I said no, thank you though. Her eyes left my eyes and looked straight at the items in my hand (dress, souvenir shirt, and necklace) and insisted on carrying my stuff I told her many times I could carry it and that I know where checkout is. She kept pushing it so I gave her my items and by that time my family was ready to checkout she had us checkout on the souvenir side. I let them know the lady in the boutique told us we had to pay for the dress over there and they told us we could pay for it with them. I hope in the future you will have employees that won't have random people feeling like they're thieves when they're not. Either way I won't find out if the customer service will change or not because I do not plan on coming back and spending my own money (my stepmom paid for our items) in this store when I come...
Read moreI visited this store 09/27/2015 with my family and experienced something we'd never experienced before (at least to our knowledge). We were followed around the store by an African American employee, about 5'6, with a gap or spaces between her teeth. We are an African American family who were looking for a few t-shirts and other novelties to take back to our family in New Orleans. The girl literally popped up on every aisle, mind you, there were about 15 other people in the store who were not approached as such. She proceeded to ATTEMPT to out smart us by offering to help when we caught her easing on every aisle. Needless to say, we stayed in there for about 20 minutes just to make sure we were not delusional about what was going on. I, nor my family, are quick to assume everything is a race issue, nor do we use our race to attack sources that did not harm us. However, this was clear. We won't be going back, as this was the only downside to our trip. The people in Panama are super friendly and there was no...
