Overall very good, I really don’t understand the reviews with such low ratings. If you book a private room, I can say the room was very spacious, clean, with a great bathroom. Meanwhile, the same dates were still showing as available on other booking sites — which feels deceptive.
If this happens to you, I recommend filing with the Pennsylvania State Attorney General. I’ll also be avoiding any of their other businesses, like Teazzi Tea...
