REC Philly... where should I begin?

I've known of REC Philly for a few years now through a few different avenues. Their growth alone in this short span (although the workload for them I'm sure doesn't seem so "short") is truly impeccable. The space they have created for creatives to create, connect, engage and become equipped is beautiful. And then now to have this 10,000 square foot space in a newly renovated mall in the center of Philadelphia is mind blowing. *tips hat

If you've been to anything REC related, the staff is always energetic and excited to see you. It's like Chick Fil A meets your favorite cousins interaction when they see you at a family function. You just get hype and feel so loved and are so excited to reflect on what's passed, live in the moment and still dream about the future. This is just due to their staff. They are very informed and hip to what's going on and how to get you on your journey to the next level, no matter your "level". That part is important.

This isn't a space for some top tier level creative. It's for every person, in every field, in every phase of your journey as a creative. Their facility is beautiful. It's laced with an awesome storefront carrying products from everyday people like you and I (so go buy) and giving them the opportunity to sell in a mall. The amount of people who will see their products alone is tremendous for any creative. You can also grab some coffee and a healthy, yet still tasty snack. (We know sometimes "healthy" and "tasty" don't always collide, but here it does.) Once you pass through those doors, to step into the "heaven for creatives", this is where the magic happens. A space filled with rooms that can change your life, and at the very least inspire and motivate you to get off your butt and into your passions. The space is beautiful and fully equipped making it a dream for anyone looking to do anything. I can go on, but just come check it out.

Lastly, I've never met any of the REC members that didn't want to collaborate. You know how rare that is? Excuse me, let me correct myself - you know how rare that was? REC has created a space where the thing you need is connected to a relationship and that person is here.

Anyway, that's all.

I lied, congrats to Will, to Dave, and to the entire staff at REC. You're...

Got invited to record guitars there for someone I met at a show. Came out and met some wonderful people like will, Tim, and scarlet, AKA the goddess of RECphilly. Before even being a member, they always treated me with respect and praised my skills as a creator along with giving me advise (as much as they could without helping me just like they would if I paid for a membership) for building my own brand. They have lots of recognition for their brand of recourses and It shows with a couple awards won already. Since I’ve been introduced, I met so many people who can help me achieve my visions. Since being a member, I’ve been able to start working with those people to actually make those visions a reality. They’ve started from the floor up, and inspire everyone to never quit and always think smart about their creative decisions. From the showcases, to the creative summits, their music business events, to the financial advisors they can recommend, etc. REC Philly is the definition of making a vision come to fruition. They did It for themselves so they can help people like me. If you’re a creator, you want to be here. They already announced bigger spaces and more advanced tools to help their members. So...

A space for creators to develop their crafts & connect with fellow artist!

Had an incredible experience at REC Philly! This open space is a haven for creators, offering various studios for musicians, singers, photographers, and video developers. Nestled in the Fashion District, it's convenient and vibrant.

The facility provides not only workspaces but also a coffee bar, a stage for events, and equipment rental. The chance to learn from industry experts adds immense value. The dynamic atmosphere fosters connections with local artists, making it a go-to hub for Philly creators. Plus, their studios use varies from video and photography to musicians and painters, even yoga classes and small space entrepreneurs.

Whether you're starting out or seeking extra space, REC Philly is the ideal spot to hone your craft with a professional touch. It works off a credit system that rollsover monthly, so a membership that may be light during certain seasons and heavy in others is perfect for their methods. Highly...

I attended Rec Philly on Aug 26 Only up mixer with a live DJ . I got the chance of touring the place and checking out many studios , Networking with various artist and like minded individuals which is always an added plus. This place motivates other creatives to be creatives. There tagline is "Limitless Creativity" I also purchased a tshirt at the event only up and supported the artist. I will attend another event coming up! Only up!

I have been a member here for nearly two years now and have been associated with the organization for about 6 years. Excellent place for people beginning their journeys. The one thing that I love the most is the price point for the value that you receive. There's always room for self improvement, I would say that this is a place to figure out what it is that is for yourself.
