I ordered my stepsons football cleats and they had to ship from another store. I made the purchase online, and before I opened my eyes the next morning, I received a text that they were ready to be picked up. When I went to pick themup I was in a rush because my step-son needed them before practice. This was the best seamless transaction I have ever experienced in my life. I asked for info from an employee as I entered (she was at a small lecture type desk near the entrance), had to ask twice before she even acknowledged me then she said they didn't carry the item (I was there because the item was listed on line as carried here) but if they did it would be over there (she waved towards a corner of the store). Since she had done no more than piss me off, I walked the whole store looking for the item I wanted (an arm holster for a cell phone). During the whole tour, I never saw another employer I could ask for help. Throwing my clothes around on the counter and saying how they "haven't sold what I was returning for 6 years." Like what In The world, who does that? That was her opinion & not factual when I just bought it back at the end of April. The lady needs to go back & learn customer service & keep her opinions to herself.
