I've shopped here when I'm in the area. This time, the clerk included a bean bag ottoman with my bean bag chair that wasn't supposed to be part of my order. The owner or representative (a guy) called me, asking to return the ottoman because it was a mistake. I was highly offendedāit's unprofessional to contact a customer over an error that your company made. What happened to customer service? It was only a $30-$35 difference, but guess what? I spent nearly $100 just two days prior!
When they accessed my account to get my phone number, which is supposed to be used for rewards and discounts, did they not see all the money I've spent? I did call him back and told him that I'm not sure Iāll be returning anything because itās not my fault. The way he handled the situation was diabolicalāhounding a customer who just spent money. Why would you risk losing a loyal customer over $30? CRAZY!
