After waiting 4-5 minutes with no one else waiting before me, the employee gave me two bags with what i thought were the four doughnuts i ordered.Left the place, drove about 300 feet and stopped by the traffic light. i opened the bags, one of them had two doughnuts and the 2nd bag had only one. I turned around to explain what happened and get the piece that they âmissedâ. One employee looked at me not understanding. When he finally understood, he gave me the doughnut; the manager came in and âexplainedâ that the female employee MISCALCULATEDâ the amount!!!! Who could miscalculate counting up to TWO? Two mini doughnuts per bag. How much calculating do you need to know?!? Then when i suggested they should give me another for my troubles, the manager asked me why he should do that?    Read moreI went into Krispy Kreme on Saturday September 21st 2024 at about 330 and the lady helping customers was really rude saying we donât got no mo glazed donuts before I could even tell her what I was wanting!! I had a coupon for any dozen for $9.99 and she said I need to see that coupon like it upset her that I had a coupon!! We buy donuts frequently atleast once a week so I know what I want and my coupon was in date!! There were two people ahead of me looking, so they told me that I could go ahead of them because they didnât know what they wanted and this apparently made the lady mad and she said, maâam they were here before you and I preceded to tell her they let me go ahead and she walk away from me!!    Read moreThis morning my wife stopped by the Prattville store to purchase donuts for a special occasion at her school. She was in line at the drive-thru and waited 10 minutes for someone to come on the speaker. When someone finally did, the person said âcan you wait a minute?â After no one ever responded within a couple of minutes, my wife pulled out of line and went inside to place her order. She had to wait 5 more minutes for someone to come to the counter. Then the person could not have been more rude. My wife asked for a mixed box and the person said âIâm going to run out of donutsâ. After 10 more minutes she finally got her order filled. We will not return to this location and have been told by several other people they experienced similar poor service. Someone needs to come and make changes as this place is not going to thrive with this kind of poor service. Very disappointed, Krispy Kreme has been a staple for our family for years.
