Cooper Cottages — Hotel in Rehoboth Beach

Three years ago my daughter and I thought let’s go to a beach this year for Thanksgiving and her birthday and her dad’s birthday. She stayed in a Cooper Cottage but we didn’t. We loved her location so the last 2 years all of us stayed in a Cooper Cottage. These cottages are so cute! They are lovingly renovated modern vintage that are designed for comfort and today’s lifestyle. The kitchen is well appointed and has what is needed to cook a large meal. I brought a few things to accommodate a medium turkey and leftovers. Between 2 cottages there were 7 people. The 3 children played marathon games which the cottages provided while our meal was being prepared. We had ample space to gather. The location can’t be beat! Many walks on the boardwalk. This was our third time staying in Cottage 18. We first stayed in this cottage a couple years ago when it was newly renovated and three years later the cottage is still beautifully maintained with no signs of wear. The decor is beautiful and the the layout is comfortable and inviting. I liked that the kid's room had two bunkbeds so both kids could take a top bunk. Lots of natural light. Having a Nespresso machine is a really nice touch as we love our coffee. We enjoyed the screened in front and back porches and just how relaxing this quiet street is despite being close to the beach. Steph the property manager is easy to reach if you need anything but you probably won't as all towels, toiletries, and kitchen essentials are there. One of the best vacation rentals I’ve ever experienced! Our family of 7 stayed in Cottage #9 and it was perfect…top to bottom. Just a few steps to the sand, in a beautiful well-kept neighborhood, super close to “downtown”, it was the best of all things! The house was amazing.. stylish, comfy, and sparkling clean. The large front screened porch was awesome, we all spent most of our time there. And they take dogs! It’s challenging to find a beautiful beach house like this that also accepts dogs. Steph, the manager, was so kind and accommodating. We were there to celebrate a birthday and she was so thoughtful to leave a sweet bday surprise upon our arrival.
