It took over 5 minutes to get someone to even greet us when we walked up to the counter and we ordered with coupons but we're charged full price. No apology for the long wait. And the lady who took our order made the wrong kind of milkshake for my friend so after I noticed that it was not chocolate like he asked for I took it outside to him and asked if he wanted me to get the chocolate made for him or if the Oreo was alright. He said he would like what he ordered. So I went back to the counter and told her that he had ordered chocolate and she said no he ordered Oreo. I tried to explain that I ordered Oreo and he ordered chocolate but she argued with me for several seconds and then said so now he wants it to be chocolate. So she continued to make our experience with Jack in the box a négative on because she sat there and said that the customer was wrong. That he didn't order a chocolate shake and insisted I go and ask him to make sure. I told her I did that first. So Instead of just offering to replace the shake and letting me exchange the one she made by mistake and trade it for the smaller one I had ordered and offered something good in exchange for the bad experience for the long wait and negative feeling coming inside instead of the drive through. Like every one else had done. And being looked at by the employees but not greeted or spoken to in anyway possible. When we had first arrived. She continued the awful service and I don't think I've been treated worse in a fast-food restaurant in my life. And I've been greeted by some outrageous people in fast food places. So she exchanged the Oreo for chocolate and I thanked her but I wish they'd not treated us so badly. We were not rude to them. And for a manager to not have any concept of good customer service skills and knowledge of how to treat a customer after a mistake in the order is trying to get corrected. Even if I was wrong and he didn't order chocolate she still should have offered to give us the Oreo shake and apologize for the misunderstanding and fixed the new chocolate shake for him. Especially when we spent 30.00 on 3 meals n 2 shakes. Maybe you can retrain your employees for better communication with the customers, and how to greet some one as they enter the restaurant, instead of just stating at them and hoping they will just leave. someone can try to say hello someone will be right with you . That way the customer feels better about having to wait to order when they are probably already very hungry. Then teach them to remember that the customer is always Right. Because with out the customer you have no business. The food was good though. Oh and I keep my reciepts and I still have it so I can prove when I came in and it will show who was scheduled to work...
Read moreWe got there and went inside thinking it would be better than the packed drive thru. But it was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant in my life. They didn't greet us, the employees just stared at us like we should not be standing there. The. We finally got greeted by a manager lady and she didn't make the situation any better wen we showed our coupons she told us one per order and person. Even though I wañted two of the same meal she took our order which came to 30.00 then gave us two Oreo shakes instead of the LG. One being chocolate like jmy friend ordered. I took it out to him to see if he would take the shake or if he wanted chocolate still. Añd I took it back up to her and asked if she would make the chocolate like e ordered and she argued that he ordered Oreo not chocolate instead of just saying I am sorry about the mix up and offering the large Oreo shakes to me for the rudeness earlier when we waited 5 minutes to be greeted. She decided that we the paying customers were wrong and she took the order right. I said it doesn't really matter what you or I think he ordered he wants chocolate. And she ended it withsaying that he was changes the order and now he wants it to be chocolate. Now for a manager to have such awful customer service skills is unbelievable to me especially after spending 30 dollars on 3 meals an see had coupons but she didn't honor the reduced prices. Those people need to not only be told that the customer is always right because with out the customer you have no business. But all of them should be retrained completely. And not ruined the entire experience for well paying customers. But the food n shakes were good. But the...
Read moreI am changing my review. I previously had a review better than this, but Today I experienced rude service in many ways.
I was at the drive-through I asked for 2 boxes of plain tiny tacos. I asked for 2 boxes, A total of 3 times!
I get to the window and paid a lower cost than expected. Kinda figuring something was wrong. I was asked for what sauce I wanted, I said "avocado and ranch please". Then the women at the window Grabbed a handful of taco hot sauce packets, practicly punced into my bag of food, and released the hot sauce packets, then handed the bag over to me, missing a box of tiny tacos and I Didn't even recieve the ranch and avocado sauce I asked for. And I recieved a random fork and a mess of napkins..
I eat here several times a month and I have never recieved poor service like this. I'm kinda irritated and I probably will avoid eating at this one for a few months.. if things get better I'll change my review.
Also a few weeks ago someone was randomly standing in the drive through looking at the menu, I waited a good 5 minutes for him to leave.( which is a big deal when on on a 30 min...
