Culver’s — Restaurant in Richmond

My family and I recently dined at Culver’s in Richmond, IN, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! 🍔✨ Plus, it’s conveniently within walking distance from the amazing Home 2 by Hilton—perfect for grabbing a delicious meal after a comfortable stay.

First off, the food was incredibly delicious! I had the mushroom and cheese burger, and let me tell you—it was mouthwatering! The flavors were spot-on, and the burger was cooked to perfection. The fries were equally amazing—crispy, golden, and just the right amount of salt. 🍟

The service was impressively quick and efficient, which made our visit even better. The employees were very polite and welcoming, adding a warm touch to our meal. The restaurant itself was clean and spacious, with multiple seating options to choose from, whether you’re in the mood for a cozy booth or a more open table setting. 🪑

One thing that really stood out to me was how accommodating they were with my service dog. They didn’t make a fuss at all, which made the dining experience stress-free and enjoyable for the whole family, including our furry friend. 🐾

I’m highly recommending Culver’s in Richmond, IN, to anyone looking for a great meal with excellent service in a welcoming environment. We’ll definitely be coming back! 🌟

I used to love this place. But last 2 times I've been here, the food quality has gone downhill. 🥺....The first time, I felt like that can happen occasionally... But the 2nd time was worse. I got grilled chicken sandwich - chicken was so tough I could not bite or chew it or even tear it!! I took it back to counter after trying 2x to bite it chew it. The manager was extremely nice and apologized. He offered to make me a new one or replace. I opted to replace - with a burger....the taste was ok but the patty was so thin, I laughed. I appreciated the gesture. Will try again and hopefully have better luck next time. Prices are a bit high... But willing to pay if the food is quality. Employees all seem really friendly and willing to try their best to please. One thing I absolutely love are the lemon ice coolers with real fruit in them!!!!!! Would really appreciate if there were size choices of these - but that may make costs increase so I will accept that there is...

MUSHROOM BURGER Him: it was really good. Lacked sauce mayo or something. But overall ok.

Me: you know the fat and the juices that run off the burger? It tasted like someone took that and pattied it up instead of the actual meat.

FRIES Him: tasteless. Wasn’t the kind of fry i was looking for.

Me: i actually liked the crinkle fries. Hot and crispy. It definitely lacked salt and when we asked for salt at the drive through we had to get out of the car and go in to get more because the lady only gave us one salt and one ketchup packet to split between two people. Who does that? Lol

SWEET TEA Him: It tastes like paper. Me: gross.

SERVICE Him: informative
