Shoutout to Kara for booking our stay over the phone and checking us in upon arrival. Our service throughout the experience was great.

The hotel was very clean and modern. Huge front lobby, nice indoor pool, spacious gym, and large complimentary breakfast.

Plenty of parking, area seemed super safe. Right next to a bunch of other hotels, a Cracker Barrel and an ihop across the street.

Room was incredible! The high ceilings made it seem even bigger than it was. Very clean. Very big. Nice kitchenette with all the essentials. Fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, sink, counter space, etc. huge TV with basic cable and Netflix. AC was powerful, room was nice and cool upon arrival. Beds were comfy and clean. Lots of pillows, good quality bedding. Slept great. Minimal noise transfer. The literal only complaint was a bright light emitted from the smoke detector but that’s inevitable and once you closed your eyes you were good. Large window with blackout curtains. The sofa was also comfy and I think Kara said it could pull out to be a bed, but we didn’t need that. Lots of counter space and storage in the room.

Bathroom was also spacious. Came stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and lotion. Lots of towels. Large shower with powerful water pressure.

Breakfast had a great selection. Buckwheat waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, omelets, breakfast sandwiches, bagels, cereal, pastries, etc. lots of seating. Lots of healthy options.

Highly recommend this hotel!

Very dog friendly. Lots of green spaces to walk them around. Poop stations and baggies available. We didn’t hear any dogs barking or really any noise at all during our stay.

$50 fee for pet (we had two dogs), no breed restrictions, no...

I recently stayed at Home 2 by Hilton in Richmond, IN, and I can confidently say it was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had, especially when traveling with my dog! 🐾

The hotel is incredibly modern and impeccably clean. The fact that they allow pets without charging a pet deposit was a huge plus! 🐕 Our room was spacious, clean, and stylishly modern. We had two TVs and two separate AC zones—one in the bedroom and one in the living room—which made it easy to keep everyone comfortable.

The bathroom was impressively spacious and modern, with everything you could need.

The kitchen was a dream! It was equipped with a fridge, microwave, sink, quartz countertops, and plenty of shelves. They even provided all the essentials—plates, forks, and more. 🍽️

Breakfast was a treat every morning, served in the modern, stylish lobby and included in the price of our stay. Lobby has so many options for sitting: tables, booths, desks and all of them equipped with charging stations.

Even the public bathrooms in the hotel were thoughtfully designed, equipped with sanitary supplies like tampons and pads, which shows their attention to detail.

Parking was never an issue with plenty of spaces available, and the beautiful outdoor area was a great place to relax. 🌳

I absolutely loved my stay and would highly recommend Home 2 by Hilton in Richmond, IN, to anyone—especially those traveling with pets. It’s a hotel that truly understands and caters to its guests’ needs. 👏

Run! Avoid this place at all cost. It’s a new hotel but the issues are horrendous. The worst problem is the BRIGHT white light the flashes every 5 seconds during the night from the smoke alarm above the bed. When questioned, Staff said it is because of how the smoke alarm is wired and they get many complaints about it. It’s anxiety provoking and kept us up all night. We literally went to the store the next day to get eye masks so we could sleep better the following night. If you don’t mind feeling like you’re in a club with a strobe light all night, you’ll be fine. ||The fridge didn’t work so we had to put out food in the freezer. There’s NO cold water in the kitchen area or bathroom sinks. Never seen anything like this- only Luke warm water.||We discussed our concerns to the manager who thankfully moved us to another room however we exchanged one problem for another as the door didn’t fully close leading to the hallway from our room. We had to manually lift the door up using the handle to get the door secure/closed. ||Long hair was on the shampoo bottle and the conditioner bottle they provide was completely empty. The baseboard was falling off from the wall in our room and there’s a lamp shade missing. ||Truly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. It was literally one problem...
