A few weeks ago I walked into this mattress firm store searching for a new mattress, I was greated by Amberia whom was the sweetest girl. I explained my situation with my back and budget right away she got to it and had several selections for me to try and spent alot of time making sure it's was right for me. I needed time to figure things out with a bedframe set to make sure it was the right fit. I returned today once again greated by Amberia she greated me as family not a returning shopper and I don't think I've ever had so much fun shopping for a mattress. The bad part was I waited too long to grab the one I had found weeks ago on sale but right away she shows me more that would work for me, she takes her time to help you and she's so fun but still makes it quick so your not stuck for hrs, we found the mattress that was perfect for me she gave me the best deal she could find and boom, done ! I had the best experience with this store, deffinalty will be back customer forever which says alot coming from me, I'm very picky and I have several issues with my back and neck. Rachel at Mattress Firm in Ogden is so amazing, I have been doing alot of research on mattresses and learn so much I learned if you dont know your knowledge dont expect others to know either just because they work in a mattress store, I had called a couple other stores before I talked to Rachel and they had know idea what I was talking about when I asked them about the point system and the sleeping patterns, infact one man told me I was putting to much thought into it just come in and lay on them haha if he only new. When I called Mattress Firm Rachel answered the phone not only did she know everything I had found out through research but she even told me afew other things I didnot know I am so grateful I walked out happy and excited for the purchase of this mattress.
