This visit must have been the absolute worst I have ever experienced at this location of Chick-fil-A. We arrived at approximately 8:20pm to go through the drive thru grabbing some dinner after just arriving back from the airport. The three or four employees that were outside taking orders were all just heading inside for the night, one was still talking an order or just visiting. After this last car the remaining cars ordered at the drive thru menu board speaker box. We waited in line for close to twenty minutes before we reached the window and was able to pay. Going back to our order, the young man taking orders wasn't listening to anything we asked for, a very simple order of a number 3 (8 piece nugget) meal, large fry and large frozen key lime. He actually asked us, the paying customer, what the number three was! No sauce just the nuggets, fries and drink, very cut and dry. It just seemed as if this kid wasn't listening. I suppose biggest complaint tonight was the time it took to get to the window. There is such a huge difference between the Riverdale location and the 12th street location in Ogden. Hopefully this will get to the management team at Chick-fil-A and they can figure out of this was just a fluke or is there a need perhaps for a...
Read moreNoticed the last yr nuggets and strips are getting smaller usually get 1 small one, I just went there tonight and all 4 of my strips were so small they were barely larger than a nugget. I walked up to the registers with them and asked a sincere question. "Is this is now the size of the strips seems like very little food for the $8.00 I paid for this meal?" The girl did not say a word she walked over to the area that they get the food started talking to the cook. Within a minute other employees gathered. One kid that's face was facing my way said, "tell her to stop being a PIG" I still stood there several minutes. By the time I was approached by another employee she brought me another pack of strips and said, "I hope these are better for you." I walked away mad, hurt and embarrassed that I would have such horrible customer service at a place that seemed to stand out for the best customer service. I asked a sincere question as a regular costumer did not get an answer and was treated very poorly. I will never be a patron of this or any other Chick fil A again. My answer to my question was yes. The strips I was given the second time were every bit as small they put 6 strips in to fill the container. If I could give the -5...
Read moreSad to say, because my family, I, and most of my friends LOVE Chick-fil-a....this particular Riverdale location was not the standard "my pleasure" service CFA is prided on. In the drive-thru, the young lady asked me to repeat everything I was ordering multiple times and never mentioned there was an issue with hearing etc. I asked her to repeat the entire order just in case because there was so much confusion and she got snippy. When I got to the window there was no greeting, smile, nothing. She scanned my app, was trying to shove one bag of my order into my hand while I was attempting to put my phone down and then grabbed my card to charge it, handed me my orange juices, quickly wrapped my receipt around my card and shoved it back to me. I said thank you after she shoved me each bag and my card and she didn't say a word. Our breakfast biscuit was toasted extra brown and our fruit cup was under our hot sandwiches. It was such a disappointment in comparison to the "my pleasure" service that streams out of CFA pretty consistently. Hopefully she didn't gave something bad happen that threw her off her game and no one else was subjected to the un-customer-...
