The only reason I am not giving it a higher rating is because I had my purse snatched during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday seasons in 2014. Safety doesn't seem to be as big of an issue now, although I have a red nose pit bull that I got given to me for Christmas/My Bday that year because of that incident. I never had any problema like tjay in Sacramento, so I wasn't as diligent as I should have been at keeping myself safe. I should never have walked at during the holidays with my purse over my shoulder, especially being alone in a not very populas area, an area that was new to me since I just moved into the neighborhood (so nobody knew who I was, nor me anybody else). Then I had my hands each occupied one with a drink one bringing an icecream cone from McDonalds back to my boyfriend waiting at the laundrymat. That was stupid on my part. Other than that, the area has a Rite Aide amd Walgreen Pharmacies, an authentic Mexican Grocer that has yummy fresh baked goods, always a wonderful supply of fresh produce, etc., a laundrymatt, smoke shop, an awesome donut shop that I left a raving review for, two gas stations, two fast food shops and is a short walk from a barber shop, doctor offices, marijuana dispensary (they may have moved) and the local Department of Human Assistance. There is plenty of places to get free Wifi or Xfinity Wifi, and I love the CitiTrends here as well. When you get such great deals on apparel you cannot complain of they don't last 2 or 3 years like I have heard, but they are always cute, sizes to fit everybody and, like I said, I think that the prices beats places like DD's, Marshalls and TJ...

Anchor tenants are Home Depot, Walmart, Regal Cinema, Staples, PetSmart, Michael's and Ross. Along the periphery are several restaurants and fast food places, a gas station and a Starbucks.

I avoid this complex if I can but Home Depot and the cinemas sometimes draw me in. The primary complaint I have is the design of the flow of traffic and lack of pedestrian-safe walkways. Entering the flow of traffic to exit the complex is frustrating if not dangerous. At busy times simply exiting the complex may cause you to sit in your car waiting for a safe opening for minutes. After parking the pedestrian approach to the stores, especially Walmart, feels like trying to run across a freeway. It's not that the design is significantly different than most other places but the junctions and lack of traffic control somehow combine to create a guantlet that must be braved to get in and out of the complex.

Walmart is definitely the low spot. It seems to attract a particularly rough set of customers. Put shopping carts in the hands of particularly unthoughtful people in a store with absurdly narrow aisles and you get plenty of opportunity for frustration or confrontation. But it's Walmart so most people are mentally prepared.

What do I like about this place? It is super high profile and impossible to miss so it draws in the masses who then don't go down the street to Target. I just hope Target...

The fact that I can hit WalMart for some much needed toilet paper, laundry soap and craft supplies, then shoot over to PetsMart for some dog food, colorful plants, decorations, and a dozen or so fish for the new aquarium, Sally's Beauty Supply for the hair dye I needed two weeks ago, and Home Depot for some hardware to finish up my kitchen project, then run through the drive thru and pick up some grilled chicken soft tacos and a strawberry lemonade from Del Taco before heading home to start dinner seems like an impossible feat. It's possible at Natomas Marketplace! Starbucks. Home Depot, Sees Candy and Regal Cinema are nestled amoungst the many resturants, boutiques and shops located in Natomas Marketplace and because most of the businesses here are open until 9pm, there is no better place to plan an evening out with your hunny, celebrate a birthday or just hang out with the kids for a night of fun with the family. Regal Cinemas at Natomas Marketplace is my first choice when the family wants to head out to the movies. The theater is always clean and the staff exhibit a level of customer service that surpasses my expectations. Natomas Marketplace has everything imaginable and it's located right off the freway which makes it even easier to get what I need and get home in no...

The Natomas Marketplace is the first major shopping center in Natomas. It has many of my favorite stores and restaurants in there. The Regal Movie Theatre is also here. But it is also a shopping center I try to avoid if I have other options due to the design errors of the entrance and exit. I think they never thought that the shopping center would be so crowded when they decided to have one entrance and exit mixed with all the traffic together at the super busy intersection and freeway entrance simultaneously. The shopping center does have another entrance next to HomeGoods. But very few people are using that entrance.

Walmart isn't mindful with the shelving of products. Many miss priced items thru out store on a regular basis. Watch as you check out because you may end up spending almost ten dollars for an item that you thought was two dollars because that was the shelf price under the item. Assistant store manager at night, Kris-tal , won't honor the shelf price. She generously will give you a meager 10% off the more expensive price and act like she's doing you a huge favor! and then tell someone to go fix it right away. Note the $2 and change price under the 16 oz size of treats in the picture.
