I will never step foot in Mattress Firm again. I already knew what I was looking for in a mattress when I walked in from research and being educated by much better salesmen than those at MF. When we walked in we were told we had to try out 3 different color beds and then we would be guided to the correct beds for us. We didn’t feel as though we were allowed to look at the beds we wanted to. Their prices are very high and the sales staff make you feel very uncomfortable. When I asked about their warranty and how it works I was told if warranty is what I’m worried about, I should be. And when I just sat on the bed the salesman took me to that I knew was out of my budget I was rudely told “it’s not a seat”. In the end we went with another...

I’ll start off by saying I’m 35 years old and never have I bought a new quality bed until today. I felt as if I was purchasing a new car with the prices of mattresses these days. But the met the manager Ryan and he pulled out the red carpet for us. He did everything in his knowledge to assist and answer every question I had and then answered some i didn’t know I needed to ask. We had an amazing experience with Mattress Firm! They were able to guide us to find the best mattress for us without being pushy or trying to talk us into a more expensive mattress. Their sales give you a great price and they have a policy that if there is a better price within 4 months you can get money back (which we did)! You also have a period of time to make sure the mattress works for you or you can return it. Finally, their delivery system and guys were wonderful.
