Ross at Mancini Sleepworld Santa Rosa- Every once in a while angel shows up and keeps on giving.

My husband ordered a bed for a friend diagnosed with stage IV brain cancer that was moving, sight unseen, from across the state into an assisted living in Santa Rosa and needed it in a few days. The friend’s credit card didn’t work, so he put the deposit on our card, then he called back the next day to correct it. I called again to question the receipt and Ross explained everything. Ross kept in constant contact about the delivery.

Then he SHOWED UP at the assisted living place before the delivery window to measure the space and we had to adjust the planned bed location. He stayed for the delivery and found a noise issue with a motor and ordered the fix. While there, he opened a window to AIR THE MATTRESS and then went back a couple hours later to close the window. The next morning, Ross was back while it was fixed. He and his wife GAVE our friend a set of sheets and they WASHED THEM AND THE SHEET PROTECTOR at their home and put the sheets on the bed.

I have NEVER have a sales person go above and beyond in this manner. Honestly, we were under so much stress trying to make this move happen from Washington state and it felt like an angel was helping us. We didn’t have to worry about our friend having a comfortable bed when he arrived. Funny thing, the friend says now, the BED is the ONLY place he is finding peace in his life right now.

When I went into the store, I didn’t know what to expect. I had a specific mattress in mind. My girlfriend knew the salesman and he happened to be out that day. But the two gentlemen that were there were really great. They were kind and helpful And made everything go as smooth as possible. If the mattress arrives when it is supposed to then this will have been a perfect transaction. I highly recommend this place. I went into the store knowing exactly what I wanted but expected a salesperson to try to oversell me! It didn't happen! I met with Ben who answered all my questions to my satisfaction..within a few minutes Ben put together the mattress package I wanted. I will have my new mattress set by the end of the week assembled for me when delivered and my old mattress and platform taken away for me for a very nominal fee!
