Taco Bell — Restaurant in Saratoga Township

if i could give them zero stars i would. do not go here. this was worst customer service i have ever witnessed in my entire life. i made a list because of how absolutely awful this experience was. we walk through the drive though because we have a boat attached, on the hitch, impossible to make it through (also next to a river, no doubt this is a common occurrence) we had to take the boat off which is a huge hassle especially in a small parking lot -then becuase we had to take the boat off when we reattached it it took up the entire parking lot to get back on and blocked off other customers (something that would not have happened if they just let us walk though) -hair in crunch rap supreme -bean burrito not indicated after repeatedly asked 3x to indicated it -cinnamon twist not seasoned -tacos suppose to be without meat have meat on them 2 missing drinks -manager had an absolutely awful, rude and sassy reposes to us the customers complaints about the food (which we rightfully had reasons to complain about)

i have absolute no doubt they spit in our food (which is honestly crazy considering we are in a pandemic.)

i am beyond amazed at how awful the customer service and food itself came out....

Well let's just start by saying our kids love taco bell. So whenever they get to pick we go. The food was hot. We had a crunchwrap surpream a hard shell taco, 4 shoft shells, chips and cheese and cinnamon sticks with a lemonade, 2 mountain Dews with a water. It's was a good dinner. Very tasty the kids and husband was happy with how it tasted. If you want to know how the service was I can tell you the person taking the order was pleasant, spoke clearly, repeated what we asked for & got our order correct. However I don't know what happen between the person repeating our order to what was in the bag. They forgot our chips, cinnamon twist and taco. We had to go back inside after going through the drive through to get the rest of our order they forgot. My suggestion is to slow down to check that the whole order is in the bag before handing it to your customers. People are hungry they aren't going anywhere they will want their food but they want it correct. They will be happy you took the extra step, I know I'd...

VERY disappointed. I left there solely because they took out the Mexican pizza. Best invention since sliced bread in my opinion. Nix the beans replace with sour cream and meat and it's amazing. Well they finally bring it back and I ordered dinner for the family and they missed a drink and 3 out of 5 tacos. So I go back in line becuase the door was locked and now I'm stuck in line because I didn't notice how it amassed so many cars in 15 seconds. So I finally get home and in that time all the tacos and pizzas are cold and soggy and just nasty! I was in line the second time lo get than I was the first! Not one to knock ones profession at all but to demand such a high rate of pay could at least suffice taking a food order correctly. I will NOT be going back to this...
