I would highly recommend t - mobile to train their staff on how the insurance really works. Not only to work on commission. But to accommodate their customer service.. I been told to call t- mobile, sprint, Assurant dealing with simple problem with my device. They took me all the way to Apple care which by far woulnt their wouldn't be a warranty. Apple worker said that they sent me here for no reason. But adleast supplied me with correct information so I could understand why they don not cover it.T-mobile phone customer service just wanted me to upgrade or buy new. Sadly I declined. Especially with a big sign in this store saying military discounts when I asked they said my bill would be the same! Lol really T - mobile. A whole week wasted dealing with this company. From the get go on our first visit, they were both extremely helpful and friendly in explaining internet plans as well as how the internet availability with TMobile works in the Morris Area. They have been very patient and kind with answering our questions and getting us set up. We met Stacia second visit and she was also very helpful and friendly with us in answering our questions and fulfilling our requests. Read moreAwful service. Avoid at all costs. I bought 4 new high end devises with cases and one case was defective. Sprint stores have a 14 day retun period and I went in the next day too exchange it. I was told I had to send it to the manufacturer and they didn't accept returns. I lost $80 on that case and ended up going to Joliet mall sprint. I went back a few times and but it never got any better. They are still slow, generally unhelpful and think they know more than they do. I will drive to Joliet from now on. The customer service is much better, they are helpful, knowledgable and always find the best deal for me. I never have problems with them and don't mind driving a little farther to not have to deal with that store ever again.
