Wish there was an option for ZERO stars. Few months back i had an issue with a lost package from this store. When i tried to file the paperwork for a refund of lost items, the owner belittled me, treated me so poorly, advised that i needed to screenshot fraudulent documents and prices from different websites instead of providing the actual invoice and documents that i had because he felt my invoice wasnt good enough and he was refusing to accept said documents. After telling me that he didnt have to help me and that i need to go sit in the corner so other customers didnt have to see me "acting this way" he then went on to talk badly about his employees to the other customers because his manager called off and and stated he was a punk for doing so. Since that incident, another package of mine was lost at the same location but i didnt even bother to file a claim because i didnt want to endure the mistreatment once again by such a horrible horrible person, employee, and owner. I strongly recommend that everyone read all recent reviews before giving their business to this location. Read moreThe previous owner was great. So nice, so friendly, so efficient. The new employee in the store is extremely rude. I arrived at 10:00 one day and people were lining up behind me. One woman in line had a little baby. The minutes ticked by. The guy working there saw us but refused to open the door. It was incredibly cold out and we all stayed in line thinking he was going to open the door any minute, since the sign says they open at 10:00. He finally did, after 10:10. ISo I him that he could have let us inside out of the cold to wait for him to complete the displays. He just glared at me. No apology for not letting us in, no apology for not opening until after 10:10. I’m going to go to the other shipping place in town . This store has changed for the worst. And they sure don’t appreciate our business. Time for all to stop going there. update The other UPS place I’ve been using since I wrote this review couldn’t take my Amazon return as it was labeled so I had to go back to this store. And I will be going back to this store! The man who treated people so rudely has been fired. I talked to the new owner. He is awesome. I am happy I can now return to this store. Read moreI had a 1pm appointment for a Notary...I arrived at 12:57pm and there was a line to the door, but that only took 5 minutes or so. When called up to the counter I was asked to fill out a Post-It and have a seat at the table. The person who was supposed to help me was on the phone and said it would be a few minutes. Fast forward to 1:45 and he finally get's off the phone, and calls me over. He says he has to get some documents for me and goes to the backroom. I wait ANOTHER 5 minutes (mind you it's about 1:50pm now) and finally asked the other employee what's the point of making a 1pm appointment if it takes almost an hour to be helped. She looked at me, said NOTHING and walked in the back...I could hear mumbling. I waited 2 more minutes in an empty storefront then took my things and left. I should've read the previous reviews 1st before going...I would've understood that this store is a complete train wreck. My only fault is not speaking up sooner...not that anything would've gotten done but I was trying to be patient....
