La Hacienda Del Patron Mexican Kitchen Inc — Restaurant in Saratoga Township

My wife and I stopped by La Hacienda Del Patron Mexican restaurant for lunch, today. We were told to seat ourselves. The waiter took our drink order (two diet Pepsi) and brought them to us, shortly thereafter. After that, we didn't see our waiter for at least fifteen minutes. The place had only two other tables of diners, so his absence was not due to him being busy. Finally, I got up from our booth and went in search of the waiter. When I found him, I asked if he had forgot about us. He said he was taking care of another customer. I was not impressed. He took our orders, and delivered our meals in a timely manner. I had the chili poblano dinner and my wife had a steak quesadilla. My chili poblano was delicious. My wife said her quesadilla was very good. The price of our meal was very reasonable. the only reason they get a 2 star is the meat is good, everything else tasted canned, box or bagged. The worst thing is when it came time to pay, we never got the bill so we went to the front area, the woman who first help did not speak any english, which I generally don't mind but when I asked her how much the bill was, she seemed to get mad and was speaking so fast I had no idea what she said, Then she left with my credit card. I had no idea where she went. It took over 10 minutes to get my card back and that was when one of the waitress came up and asked if it was my card. She then left, I guess to charge my card, At this point I still had no idea how much the meal was. When she got back she handed me the card and paper to sign, I had to ask for an itemized bill to make sure they were charging my my meal and not someone else, I would not recommend anyone...

I ORDERED A TACO DINNER FOR THE FIRST TIME. I HAD TO REPEAT MY ORDER 5/6 TIMES AND I EVEN HAD THE GUY REPEAT MY ORDER BACK. I FINALLY PICK UP MY FOOD TO FIND THAT I ONLY HAD 3 TACOS WITH 1 AVOCADO ON EACH TACO WHICH I ASKED FOR A CUP OF FRESH AVOCADO I GOT NO BEANS OR RICE. I CALLED THE NEXT DAY BECAUSE I WAS AT WORK THAT NIGHT. WHEN THE GUY ANSWERED THE PHONE HE SPOKE FLUENT ENGLISH AS THE CONVO WENT ON HE NO LONGER SPOKE ENGLISH AND HE HUNG UP IN MY FACE. I WILL LET ALL OF MY NURSING STAFF NO NEVER TO COME HERE BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE HAVE A RUDE PERSON ANSWERING THE PHONE AND DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO TAKE PEOPLES ORDER AND GET THEM CORRECT!!!
