Despite the negative reviews I tried this location. The room and linens were clean, and the location was good. It was November, so vagrants weren't a problem. This Days Inn hadn't been updated lately, but was all I needed. The only problem: heat pump that warmed the room was noisy and kept waking me up. The road noise didn't help, but there's nothing they can do about that.

Absolute Dump Beat up and old building Interior walls damaged Same goes with furniture and drapes Absolute dump Spiders, dirty rooms and worst yet a manager that did not care Wyndham should be ashamed They tried to hide flaws and dents with cheap paint. Old bed and uncomfortable bed. We complained but no one in their staff cared!!!

We found a couples of bed bugs in our bed and couldn't stay, so we have checked out (Couple of hours later) . I was told they would give me a full refunds for the 4 days booked. But even after 2 weeks, I ㅊouldn't get a refund, so my credit card company called on my behalf and get o refunds for only 3 days.

We were traveling to Seattle on vacation and thought we could save a little money by choosing this location (which is located in a mildly sketchy area). Upon arrival we were treated by a very friendly man who was professionally dressed and overseeing repairs. We checked into the room fairly easily and proceeded to the room to set down our belongings before heading to a few tourist attractions. Upon return that evening we turned on the tv and found that there was no cable only antennae input... which limited us to 5 channels. We attempted to call the desk from our room with no answer and even send down to the desk that evening, but no one was there... just a sign (photo attached). We figured it was not urgent and we would address it later. The next morning we got up and hit the town again. Upon return at dusk (again sketchy area) neither of our keys were working and the light on the lock was not even registering. We went to the desk ... closed again, same sign. We called multiple times, sent texts, and repeatedly returned to the office over a 40 minute period (and even saw a few rats during our wait) NOTHING, NO ONE, NO RESPONSE. We tried calling Wyndham, who transferred us to their section of days inn customer service... closed. We called hotels.com who we booked that week through... closed. We (2 strong independent women) were standing in the dark in front of a hotel room we had booked for a week with no access or assistance. Finally, a guy in casual clothes walked past and said 'can I help you!?' And I said 'yeah, do you work here!?'. He passed me and my friend said we have been calling and texting you 'why didn't you call us back!?' He replied 'why weren't you waiting at the office!?' With more attitude than was reasonably appropriate. I intervened and told him we followed the instructions on the sign and reminded him that our room was in view of the office and no one had returned there. He then stated he couldn't open the door and we had to come to the office, I walked with him towards the office and he began to try to 'flip the script' and say he had been on the premises the whole time but his 'cell phone was dead' and stated 'you should have been waiting, this isn't my problem' I stated that we did wait and saw two different cars pull up... call.. and eventually leave and I added "it is not your place to correct me" in which he in turn blew up started yelling and told me he was going to the computer to check us out and that he would not open the door until the police arrived. I then called the police in front of him repeatedly (they didn't pick up). He then got antsy, went to the room and unlocked it. I told him I expected to have the remainder of our stay refunded. To which he agreed. We packed our things and then went down to get a receipt of the refund in which her refused stating we needed to file a complaint. We went back online and booked at the Hilton which costed more but was a much...

Our power was out due to a snow storm and our disabled daughter was at home sick. We quickly looked for a hotel ~10 minutes from our house that was reasonably priced and booked your hotel. The plan was for my husband and daughter to spend the afternoon there so she could be comfortable and I could take several important client calls without distractions. We called to ask for an early check-in, explaining the situation, practically begging to be allowed in early (even to a community space such as a business center or gym) and were flatly refused. ||||My husband forgot the CC when he went to check-in and because it was my card (that we use to get miles) I had to go down to check-in. The man (pretty sure his name was Zach) at the front desk was very inhospitable. He asked, clearly suspicious, me if I was getting the room for other people, I said “No, my husband booked the room with my card”. He then proceeded to tell me that if there was heavy foot traffic to our room that we would be kicked out without refund. I remained calm and said “I realized this location might see some unsavory things but that we were just a family who hasn’t had power for 14 hours”. He continued in a condescending tone, “I’m just telling you our policy. And your room was already flagged as suspicious because it was booked for two people and now I find out it’s a family”. I started to explain that it was only ever supposed to be two people, my husband and daughter for the afternoon but this man did not care and I did not need to justify why I was spending $120 on a hotel room. ||||The hotel clearly had many vacant rooms (the blinds were open and the rooms dark) which only further frustrated us as they clearly could have accommodated an early check-in. ||||My husband and daughter spent a total of 20 minutes in the room. Long enough for her to have a snack and change her diaper. He collected their things and I went back to check out—I did not want my husband or daughter anywhere near that man with his “guilty until proven innocent” attitude. ||||I would rather have our daughter at our cold (but safe) house than have her spend another minute at your hotel. The ugly way we were treated and Zach’s implied accusations made my sick to my stomach. If that is how you treat us (white, upper middle class) I can only imagine how poorly you treat people with less privilege. It’s appalling, as if no one could possibly be at your hotel for a legitimate purpose because of its location. That is not what this community needs. ||||Thankfully, our power came back on right at bedtime. We will never give our money to any of your...

I would rate this place higher however I do have a few concerns about this place.

We were welcomed by a very nice Indian man and he was very accommodating. We also worked with a very nice white lady. Please keep in mind this place is very clean, and their wifi is pretty decent. However, the owner was extremely rude to us.

Service was 5/5 when it came to the nice Indian man and nice white lady. But it drastically dropped to 1/5 after our interaction with the owner.

The location is in a sketchy area but the hotel can’t necessarily help that. There are drug addicts kinda roaming around. They don’t necessarily go on property which is nice however there was one night when a druggie was trying to break into our room. My boyfriend called the front desk and the nice Indian dude chased off the guy for us. They also repaired the door very fast.

However I have been hotel/motel hoping all over Seattle and this hotel is def really good for the price. (We only ended up paying around $90-$100 a night.) However I would recommend a diff hotel/motel that I have reviewed (like Columbus Inn) as I am not really wanting to support the owner of this business for being so rude.

We stayed here a week and while the stay was great we wanted to extend our stay as we are currently out of a place to live. I have money and credit cards. I fully paid for everything and I tried to book 3 weeks with them after that one week and the owner got mad at us and said “why do u need to stay for 3 weeks? You can only stay one week.” I thought that was extremely rude to say so we ended up booking 3 weeks with a diff hotel.

The continental breakfast was pretty decent. It wasn’t a full on breakfast but what can u expect for this good price? The breakfast had some pastries, juice and coffee. Just the very basics but it is definitely pretty good especially for the price.

After our stay, I realized I had left some stuff in our room so not even maybe 2 or 3 hours later I drop by as I forgot some very expensive stuff in the hotel. The hotel advertises that they keep your stuff for you if u forget something however, when I went back for my stuff I found out that the housekeeping ended up throwing it all out in the dumpster outside. I had items worth around $300 that I wasn’t about to just let go. So I ended up having to dumpster dive to retrieve my item. (As money is extremely tight right now due to our situation)

Overall my stay was okay but I don’t really recommend this place unless there isn’t another place to go that is better like for example, Columbus Inn. They are around the same price and offer way better...
