I have been a frequent customer here since they first opened and I’ve always enjoyed my experience Until now. The short female Presenting person (Christine?)misread my passport, and then tried to argue with me about it being expired when it wasn’t, and when I Pointed out the correct date on the passport they argued with me. I Then pointed out that in the cannabis industry, it’s a good thing to learn how to accurately Read passports She told me that I was being “snarky”. I then said I was just returning the energy from her bing upset I called her out about the passport. She then said that that’s just how her voice is? So she just has a rude voice all the time? Probably something that person wants to work on if they want to be in customer service. As a 10 year veteran of the cannabis industry, I have never been treated so rudely by a stranger before.
