Long time customer, male over 35 kinda resemble "Quasimodo". Been going there enough to know Zoey, Sarah, shady, Toby, and Ashley. Used to have them come and greet me ( only while on duty of course) out of uniform and at location it's totally different. Shady ( before leaving for personal reasons) used to work the bar part time, and would make an effort to say hello and converse with me. Now she's back and doesn't acknowledge me . Ashley, I'm still trying to thaw out the cold shoulder you been giving me for almost a year now. Didn't used to be like that. Toby if I was drowning and you were the life guard, I'd make my peace with God. Sarah, and Zoey it's okay to say hello even when you're at Roadhouse of duty and out of uniform Standing at the bar talking with other patrons, you looked right through me. I'm not a nieve person and understand that this is your job and you live on tips. That's why I always have tried to give at least a 50% or more tip. It's not for the food or that stupid coaster. It's for conversation and to feel welcome. I travel all over the world and see things worse than any nightmare you could dream up. I have held friends, strangers, children and even babies as they bled out from truly evil humans (if you can call them that) I spend my life alone because I understand that anything and everyone you care about can be taken away. I come to your establishment to talk and feel welcome. And also get my order right and stake prepared as I request. Let alone the small salads you get with the chicken salad. The right sides would be good to. Management (Ashley and Toby) keep up the cold shoulder and pretend that you don't notice me. Talk to the 35 years old and younger. I can go to Greensburg on Mondays and encourage those I know to tip for correct food and not personable service. What you need is a great competitor.
Sadly you'll never read this or bother to respond. I expect no less

PS I threw that stupid coaster away, designed to make you special and tip...
Read moreThis place has terrible communication skills. We were planning a big party for my son’s birthday on a Friday. I knew they did not take reservations so I called on Wednesday to find out the process on what to do regarding a party of 15 at 5:30pm. The young lady stated to call in between 3:30-4:00 to advise of the large party. I further explained that my son needed some special seating due to wearing a leg brace and he had a cane. She advised me she would note that information so it was there when I called back on Friday. Very nice young lady. Thanked her for all the information and her time and hung up. Fast forward to Friday. Called in about our large party, was advised “we already have two large parties and you can come in at 5 or 630 AND, we cannot guarantee you all will be seated at the same time, in the same area nor get served at the same time.” It was said, with so much attitude, I had to take a step back for a second. I also informed her about my previous call with the directions I was given, her response “there’s nothing here.” I said I’ve already advised his friends and family the time because we worked around their schedules. Her response, “well, we already have two parties.” So terribly harsh. My son said, Mom, I don’t even want to go there now. We went to the parking lot, met our family and friends and proceeded across the street to Fiesta Aztec! We had a great time and customer service was perfect! I know it isn’t all the employees that are rude like this at the roadhouse but it left a bad taste in 15 peoples mouths. One last thing, one of our guests called a manager there that she knows to get some assistance, she was nasty, rude and downright condescending. Never again! If I could give this a negative 5 rating I...
Read moreEveryone make sure that you are checking your receipts and accounts when you eat at Texas Roadhouse in Uniontown. We went to dinner on 9/23/21 and left a cash tip on the table. Come to find out that when they ran the transaction, they also put a $14.00 tip on the card. On the receipt that we left, it was clearly written, tip on table. We went up and spoke with the manager Brittany on 9/30 and she pulled the receipt showing the tip added. She advised that she will have this refunded. We didn’t cause a scene this day even though this is THEFT!! We waited another week and still NO refund. So we again went back on 10/7/21 and again spoke with the manager Brittany. Trying not to cause a scene but she remembered us coming and stated a refund was sent to corporate. She stated to me that we were not the 1st people that have had to come back to get their refund. As a matter of fact, she stated that we weren’t the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd that had to return. She tried to appease us with a voucher for 2 dinners, a $30.00 value that must be used at their location and within 90 days. Why would we go back to an establishment that is STEALING from us and others. If they done this to us, I am sure that they have done this to others. As of this day, October 21st, there is still not a refund. I don’t care if it was $1 or $20, this is THEFT! I completely understand that there is a pandemic and that places are understaffed but that is still not a reason to STEAL! This was once a really nice place to eat but they have gone downhill just like every other restaurant in Uniontown. Under cooked food, steaks coming out...
