Very poor management at this location.
I walked into this location a little bit after 4pm and there was a line to the door. I decided to wait it out. I noticed that there were only two people on the line. One of them appeared confused and unhelpful to the other, possibly they were new. The other was very flustered and was preparing online orders in between each in-person order causing the severe delay of the line. Once I had placed my order of a bigger plate with two add-ons of rangoons and it was boxed up by the flustered employee, the confused employee began ringing me up for two bigger plates. They said, "I rang you up for a bigger plate because it's cheaper that way. What would you like for your side?" I said I was confused and explained that I already ordered a bigger plate with two add-ons of rangoons. They said, "I know, but it's cheaper to charge you for a bigger plate, so what would you like?" I said very sternly that I already ordered a bigger plate with a side, so I'm confused about what they are asking me. They rolled their eyes and cancelled the charge for the second bigger plate allowing me to pay for my order. It was 5pm when I returned to my car. It took almost an hour to complete my order.
All of this to say, management should absolutely not be staffing in such a way that in-person orders are paused for online orders after every one. Also, employees should be fully trained, and observed interacting with customers in an appropriate way, before being allowed to operate unsupervised. All signs point to very poor management that chooses to overwork, minimally train and understaff their employees, and I won't be condoning or participating in it again. I'll continue to go to the locations that I've witnessed proper management...

I walk in the Asian lady is coughing all over the food and I walk in wide eyed like I didn't just see her do it. Then she proceeds to rush me through my order not listening to me, forgot to get my refresher drink (not self serve) and missed an small item to my order! Then when I went over my receipt (knowing I order the same thing every time and say the same order out loud everytime the same Asian lady who coughed on the food told me I didn't order it and came from around the corner to grab my bag of food and proceeded to take all of my food out (after not washing her hands) and tell me again that I didn't order it and I stated I will pay for it as I have NO problem doing so and the other girl behind the counter was like it's OK it's been a crazy day just take the side no charge as she is making my extra side and the Asian lady starts putting my stuff back in the bag huffing and puffing trying to argue with her coworker again that I indeed didn't order the food. I will now be going an extra I don't even know how many minutes to avoid this location because of how uncomfortable and how impolite this...
