Wasn't the best of experiences. Ordered dinner for myself and my significant other through the drive thru, and was slightly taken back by the lack of enthusiasm in which my order was taken. While I was polite throughout the process, the tone of the woman taking my order seemed rather terse and cold. Maybe she was having a bad night. No big deal. I paid, pulled up, and got my food, without so much as a friendly "hello," "thank you," or "you're welcome" from any of the staff. (Not even from the manager who ultimately fulfilled my order at the second window.) Upon arriving home, I found that our order had been mixed up with another patrons, so I drove back to the store to have it corrected. After waiting in line for several minutes while others were helped, I was able to have my order corrected without much of an issue. I'm just a bit disappointed that my experience was so unpleasant from the time it was ordered up to the point in which it was finally corrected. There was never so much as a smile exchanged, nor an apology for the mix up. I get that people have bad days and mistakes happen, it's just unfortunate how my entire experience went so poorly. Read moreI came into this location last night and the person who took my order was rude. He had his back to my friend and myself for at least two minutes. He was told people are here to order. He said no there isn’t. I told the manager I rather he take my order than the gentleman who is taking orders. The cashier turned around proceeded to take my order. Which he was flat out rude when taking the order. I noticed he had a doorag on under his Whataburger hat, no name tag on, as well a jacket that wasn’t affiliated with Whataburger. As I wait for my order, he proceeded to tell the manger and myself that the people sitting behind me were there before me. I told him no I was there before them. He argued back and said again they were there before me. I get my order and I notice there wasn’t cheese on my burger. I know ordered my burger with cheese, I take it back and he proceeded to tell me that I didn’t say cheese when I ordered my food. I received a fresh burger with cheese given by the manager. On the receipt it said the cashier name was Jorge. I’m not sure if his name was Jorge since he didn’t have a name tag on. I would give a no star rating if I could. I would like a follow up on this matter cause is definitely unacceptable. I’ve worked in a restaurant establishment a few years, and as the saying goes, “the customer is always right”...

I inquired about another burger I was considering for a future visit, and Janiya was knowledgeable and confident in explaining the menu item without hesitation. Throughout our interaction, she remained polite, upbeat, and wore a genuine smile. I never felt rushed or dismissed, and she patiently answered all of my questions with enthusiasm.
