This was the worst JIB experience I have had yet. I ordered my food through the app, they were out of my order and unable to make it. They refused to give me a refund saying I didn't make my order there, sorry same company and I ordered through the JIB app so go ahead and deflect but I still ordered through JIB. Either way they could not fulfill my order. I went through the JIB complaint process and 3 weeks later I have yet to get a human response. I even got an email for a survey for my experience. I have found it impossible to get a refund for the order I made. If they could not fulfill my order that's one thing, why am I still trying to chase a refund 3 weeks later? I am so mad at JIB and I recommend everyone avoid them, If they can not fulfill an order they should not be charging for it. I even tried to talk to the manager to find a compromise and was told all I could get was a crappy alternative, not open to discussion. I thought the manager was super rude to. If they didn't have the cheddar potato wedges that's okay, but instead of just an order of dry frys maybe offer to put the cheese on top OR offer some tacos with it. Instead I am having the most difficult time trying to get any kind of response or getting a refund on my order. I asked her if she can give me a refund for my Tacos and she said .. "you have the receipt .. " I said yes .. and then she hung up.
