Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Spring

This was the worst JIB experience I have had yet. I ordered my food through the app, they were out of my order and unable to make it. They refused to give me a refund saying I didn't make my order there, sorry same company and I ordered through the JIB app so go ahead and deflect but I still ordered through JIB. Either way they could not fulfill my order. I went through the JIB complaint process and 3 weeks later I have yet to get a human response. I even got an email for a survey for my experience. I have found it impossible to get a refund for the order I made. If they could not fulfill my order that's one thing, why am I still trying to chase a refund 3 weeks later? I am so mad at JIB and I recommend everyone avoid them, If they can not fulfill an order they should not be charging for it. I even tried to talk to the manager to find a compromise and was told all I could get was a crappy alternative, not open to discussion. I thought the manager was super rude to. If they didn't have the cheddar potato wedges that's okay, but instead of just an order of dry frys maybe offer to put the cheese on top OR offer some tacos with it. Instead I am having the most difficult time trying to get any kind of response or getting a refund on my order. The lady was rude and they was the one making a mistake on my order I will never come back again to this location.

Update to owners: the main reason I wrote this review is because of your staff my visit to your store was Tuesday evening I order some churros and 4 tacos the lady give me the food with no receipt so I went back around inside the store to ask for one they had an attitude about it I just thought a was a little overprice and the lady replied with an attitude you order 6 tacos when in reality I just wanted 4 they where 2 African American ladies they way she was talking to me let me knew that a wasn't worth it to argue about it because they will not return my 2 bucks and that none friendly attitude is what made me write this review not my first time there so I knew you staff is not very friendly so that will be my last time there 👎🏿👎🏿 Quick note: if you care about your business and pay attention to the other reviews and if you really care about your customers you need to retrain or replace your staff that young lady and the older African American employee are not friendly at all they running down your business i don't want Noone to lose their jobs but with this economy if I want to spent money at least give me a...

went to this location on my lunch break .. had a big order and forgot to include my Tacos and had to ask for a receipt because the lady just charged my card and no receipt was given to me at the time of payment.. when I got back I called the store number SEVERAL times and they didn't answer and finally called back again for the 10th time and the lady on the phone was rude, I told her my concern and she talked so fast I couldn't even understand what she was stating... I asked her if she can give me a refund for my Tacos and she said .. "you have the receipt .. " I said yes .. and then she hung up. I called back again and no answer .. this location is right besides Whataburger and every time I go to whataburger I have an awesome experience even if they miss something they make it right even on the phone and they don't take long to give your food out.. and IWILL NOT be coming back here again due to how rude and unprofessional Jack in the BOX where making me a Loyal buyer of Whataburger.. this jack in the box will go out of business, not by their food or competition its own employees will be putting it out...
