Been supporting Darkside for 7+ years now for a reason. Best snowboard shop I've ever been to. Excellent selection of gear and equipment. Great customer service and staff. The employees are very knowledgable on the equipment and they can really help you figure out what's best for your own personal riding style. I would highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area and looking for a dedicated snowboard shop that really knows their stuff. I really like how they're the only shop in the Stowe area that is 100% a snowboard shop. Where as all other shops in the area are a mix of ski and snowboard equipment and have a very limited selection of boards and other gear. Support your local shop. Spray skiers. Go fast....

We stopped in for a little bit with my 15 year old, who has been snowboarding for a couple years. The guy that was there was AMAZING. He was awesome. He was the only person there, and he must have spent 20-30 minutes explaining the different types of snowboards to my son, what to look for based on his riding style, sizing the board, etc. He knew we were just stopping in, too, and weren't looking to buy that day. He was really incredible, and my son learned a lot. When we replace his board, we'll be doing it...

I came to the shop in Stowe for the first time today and had an AMAZING time. I have been into many snow/skate shops and this is the first one that both my boyfriend and I felt NO judgement or unwelcome at all. We were greeted, helped and cared for as if we were part of the Darkside Crew. We purchased a helmet and touring poles and had great help from knowledgeable staff. We will be back again for all our winter...
