Old Navy — Local services in Stroud Township

Fraud and false advertising. Beware!

Ended up there black Friday by chance. I found a few items I liked including the $5 pajama pants they were advertising everywhere with a thousand signs. Picked up 5 pairs as Xmas gifts. Went to the register and noticed they rang up as $20 each!!!

When I questioned that the cashier said that only a certain amount each day are sold at $5 and the others are full price.. $20. If I didn't notice (I'm sure majority of people don't notice) I would have paid $100 instead of the $25 I expected.

Beware when shopping here!!! You won't catch me there EVER again... No wonder old navy...

Boys department is lacking to a point it's discriminatory. Terrible size selection. Everything falls apart but I'm a firm believer in "you get what you pay for". Constant sign bait and switch sales tactics that should be illegal. (Sale sign over and item when the second tier is on sale. When I brought manager over he did not feel that the customer shouldn't have been penalized for their error but didn't think anything of it). Store is a mess. Cashiers are sweet, management need better people skills. I shop online now. At least I know what I'm getting, the price...

DISGUSTED! at the fact they had ponies, Little Mermaid, Barbie and MANY girly characters and themes in the 0-5t boy section?!?!? Worst part is the fact that these items were at knee and waist level. Meanwhile, the Spider-Man was on the top shelf.. 6ft up...Why does my little boy have to tell me, " look Daddy, why do they have girl shirts on the boys side?".
