I bought a picture frame online that I had until the 30th of December, 2021 to pick up. I unfortunately couldn't pick up the frame due to me falling ill. I figured it would be fine, though, and they would simply give me a refund. Then a couple days later, on New Years day, after said due date has past, I get a notification stating that my order was picked up, when I wasn't the one to pick up the item and it was already two days past the due date. I tried calling their support number, but I was then told to go to the physical store, but when I got around to going to the my local Micheals, they stated that I should contact their support number, even though it was their support number that directed me to them in the first place. I currently am disputing this purchase with my Paypal, but the fact that I have to go this far to get the money that should have been refunded to me is ridiculous to say...
Read moreThey have a decent selection of items (only reason for the 2 stars). Customer service needs A LOT of work however. I went in there today to get something from the baking section. As I was checking to see if there were any more items in the row, a bossy rude employee walks up to me and starts to lecture me about items in stock. She has super short dark hair and a wanna be commandant attitude. She legit made me uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I told her I found the items I needed and will order more on Amazon. Good luck to this store when they receive Joann's stock; they are going to need it.

Read moreI've had some good experiences at this location, particularly during the pandemic when all I did was craft, but recently I've had several terrible experiences. Very often they do not have what I am looking for or it is WAY overpriced. They have taken out half their registers and mad them self checkout kiosks. Today, when attempting to but the only item out of three they actually had in stock that I wanted, an employee stood looking at their phone while I struggled to check out. I couldn't figure out how to run my bank card without using my pin and they didn't even lift their head at my request for assistance. They were the only staff member I saw in the entire store.
