I visited this new Froyo spot expecting to find diverse flavors along with fresh fruit and inventive toppings. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Customers received only average service without any effort to create a welcoming atmosphere through warmth or attentiveness. The flavor options proved extremely limited since there were neither unique and appealing tastes nor basic flavors available. The frozen yogurt experience lacked diversity since all customers could choose from was candy and only a few topping options. The yogurt product failed to match my expectations. The yogurt resembled whipped cream instead of real frozen yogurt while the chocolate pieces lacked any flavor at all. This product felt like something you would buy at a grocery store instead of a dedicated yogurt place. We had genuine intentions to support this business, but the experience did not meet its promise. Local businesses in this area consistently struggle to provide both quality products and a diverse selection of offerings. We hope this business uses customer feedback to implement...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI liked it, I'm picky too. I loved the actually fresh and not squishy fruit. the only thing I DONT like is the very very blatant AI (artificial intelligence) Art on the wall. AI art is bad for the environment due to power usage for the machine processing such a thing, and also steals pre existing art from artists to "train" it. It also isn't good in terms of quality, you can see bits of the image distorted and unnatural, like unfinished marshmallows etc. It's bad. I would have loved to see some local artists do the wall, or even as Shrimple š¦ as printed photos of customers coming in or something. Or, heck, even scribbled on ice cream with crayons lol. Just anything but AI! AI art is tasteless, but this Froyo is TASTY! so the wall art should compliment that! Will be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhat a fabulous new business in the Poconos! My husband and I saw the story about āThat Froyo Spotā in the Pocono Record as it came across in our Google News feed this morning and decided to give it a try. What a fun treat! The frozen yogurt was delicious, and the excellent assortment of toppings ranged from traditional to unique. It was our first time doing self-serve and that added some entertainment to what normally would be a tasty, but pretty ordinary experience. The owner and staff were friendly and conversational and the shop was clean (as any food establishment should be). We absolutely recommend āThat Froyo Spotā and wish them all the best in this frozen yogurt adventure! We...
