Olive Garden Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Stroud Township

I won’t be back at this location they discriminate against the customers and the service is very poor they constantly run out of bread and salad! The food comes very cold and the manager does nothing to accommodate they customers they offer two bread sticks in a napkin and the food is not fresh causes you to get sick. The service was completely horrible and they need a new manager he is a complete unprofessional human being! This restaurant needs to be closed down or revamped into new management! I would never treat a customer they way he treated us. Cooperate absolutely does noting for their customers! The manager Abe argues on the phone with the customers! This company supports discrimination and my family and I won’t be back at all! I absolutely, would not recommend anyone to dine at this location it is unclean and the food is not fresh! I would never eat at a food chain like this again! I can’t believe the managers do nothing accommodate their guest! I will not be supporting a company that makes the guest unhappy and treat them indifferent because of their skin color sex, or orientation! Managing this situation has been completely unacceptable and unprofessional and they need new management this type of service would never happen in New York! The company needs to treat their customers better!!! If you are looking to have a good time this is not the location the manager is very nasty and feels he did nothing wrong! I have been to many olive gardens in the nyc and Long Island area and never had a problem. My experience has always been great. Until I came to this location.it is horrible to see that a Olive Garden like this one exist everything from the host to the manager and food were disgusting. I went with a group of 11 people and was told it would be 30 min wait with no one else standing around waiting. After waiting 20 min and No communication as to when our table would be ready I stood up to stretch my legs and look around. To my disbelief I spotted a large empty table by the bar that could accommodate my party. I ask the host why was I waiting? I had 5 hungry children waiting to eat. The manager came over and explained the server waiting that section had passed out and went home and he apologized when he could have easily sat us in that sections and asked another waiter to take care of us in that section. After sitting down Our waitress was very sweet but not attentive she was all over the place. 20 minutes later we got cold hard bread which I was very disappointed with because i love the hot fresh bread but didn’t make a big deal about it. The salad was so cold it hurt my teeth. It took the waitress another 10 minutes to get me a straw. Raspberry lemonade ran out so they couldnt accommodate us with the beverage for refills. My dinner finally arrived and to my disbelief it look like I had ordered from the kids menu. At the twist of my fork 3 times I was done with my pasta and a steak I ordered medium well was the toughest driest steak i ever ate in my life. I must say, my recent dining experience at Olive Garden was nothing short of exceptional, and it's all thanks to the impeccable service provided by Nicole. In fact, her performance was so outstanding that I couldn't help but wonder why she wasn't the manager herself! It truly felt like a VIP experience from start to finish.

From the moment we were seated, Nicole's attentiveness and knowledge of the menu were truly impressive. She flawlessly took our orders, guiding us through the menu with grace and expertise. Her warm and friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease, making us feel like valued guests.

At one point during our conversation, she effortlessly replaced our water glasses with refills, all while keeping the conversation flowing naturally.
