Went there twice in the past few weeks.. The first time I went through the drive through & I asked for a hot chocolate latte. They gave me hot chocolate. That was okay, I just told them & I asked them to fix it & they came back to the window with a new drink. We pull around to park & I open my cup & it’s a caramel latte or a plain latte. The color of the coffee was so light & had no whipped cream or chocolate drizzle. I sent my boyfriend in to get me the right drink (I stayed in the car with my two babies) & he came out with the wrong drink AGAIN. I finally go in, so I can check it before I walk out. Mind you, these 3 times I tried to get the correct beverage, it the same girl was making my latte & messing it up each time. When I go in a kind male manager says that he will make it for me this time, she goes up to him as he says that & with attitude says “I just made that” & points at the drink. There was still no whipped cream or chocolate drizzle & the coffee was so light in color. Obviously not chocolate. They go back there & make the drink together… came back out correct this time.
Fast forward to today when I decided I’d give them another chance, I asked for the same chocolate latte. It was … WRONG. Looked like coffee with creamer. No whipped cream or chocolate drizzle. The chocolate latte is supposed to be dark in color. You look it up in google search as “Panera bread chocolate latte” & it’s dark in color from the chocolate. & I’ve had the chocolate latte from there before back before Christmas & it was SO delish! I wanted it ALL the time. Well they don’t make it the same anymore. I told the girl at the window that it wasn’t the latte I asked for & swore to me that the girl put chocolate in it. Mind you … still no whipped cream or chocolate syrup. No chocolate taste anywhere. I’m curious if it’s the same girl from last time that messed my drink up 3 times. Whatever the case may be, I will not be returning to this Panera because the girls that work there have too much attitude & they can’t seem to get it right. Read moreLATEST UPDATE: Apparently, this location has addressed the customer experience issues and has added a 3rd kiosk. All positive improvements to certain problems they were having. Kudos!
They have made a lot of positive improvements. Changed one star rating to 4 stars. The register is almost always manned now and they have two functional kiosks. For several weeks, they had 3 functional kiosks, which is good to have during rush hours.
The coffee supplies station is now well stocked.
Gave some positive feedback to the Manager and Assistant Manager and encouraged them to make more improvements. A 3rd Kiosk would be nice for rush hour.
UPDATE 3: again busy time. only 2 kiosks (but five kiosk stations). one kiosk is always flaky. and a line of people at counter. i called corporate in past to provide feedback. i also repeatedly mentioned to staff on several occasions. c'mon Panera you can do better. spend some money for better customer satisfaction and service. Show us you care.
UPDATE2: apparently, they fixed one kiosk. now they are UP to TWO kiosk out of five kiosk stations. Still not enough during busy times. And the person that supposed to be at the counter is often not there. Invest in a few additional kiosks and make sure somebody covers the counter. Seems they still have no idea about responsive customer service and are content with driving customers away.
Kiosks are frequently missing or inoperable - a situation that is recurring over weeks. As you can see from pictures, the middle Kiosk is missing, the first kiosk is unresponsive, and the third for me all the way to payment screen to tell me something went wrong.
Invest some money, fix the Kiosks, you are driving customers away! I’ll change this review once I see improvements to your self service which is currently frustrating...
Read moreI've had two recent delivery orders from this location. In the first, a baker's dozen of bagels were sliced and then thrown into one big paper bag. Half of them were everything bagels. Strong garlic is great on an everything bagel, but the permeating flavor did awful things to the blueberry, asiago, and cinnamon crunch bagels that were also jumbled in there.
As if that wasn't bad enough, the salad and sandwich that were also ordered were packed and then piled on top of all of the bagel halves, at which point the top of the bag was apparently folded over and rolled down, squashing everything. (The sandwich had been sloppily wrapped to boot and the bread was completely soggy upon arrival.) Careless packaging spoiled most of this order.
The second order was half good and half bad. A Greek salad and hot tea arrived in good order. However, the ham and Swiss sandwich had a truly meager amount of ham, most of which were scraps from carving. There wasn't enough of it to make a full layer to cover the bread. The chocolate croissant was half their regular size and barely had filling.
I understand times are difficult, but the quality of this Panera's delivery food is nowhere near the cafe standard and they are definitely still charging Panera's normal prices along with...
