I order rapid pickup when on the road traveling. Always a great experience. Except for this location. Arrived a few minutes after the order was due. The app had gone through its process of order received, preparing etc. It gave the excited notice that it was ready for pickup. Also received an email saying it was ready. But nothing at the pickup shelves. Checked where in dining customers pick up. Nothing. I began to realize that the app must say ready when it hits that time it is supposed to be ready. Waited. Asked a woman working there. Gave her my name. She had no interest in checking where my order was. Just that it would come up at the counter when ready. Wait and watch. A bag appears at the counter. Not at the pickup shelf. I check the name and it’s mine. No croutons for the two tomato soups, even though in comments I reminded them not to forget as they most often do. They always include spoons for soup even if you don’t request… yet I still also requested as I did with the croutons. I add a generous tip at the time of order. For a late order and missing items. Read moreI don’t know who is rating this place 4 stars, but holy fk, This place blows. I hardly write reviews but you have to be colossally Brain dead and bad at basic service for you to get me to do this. I had a order today - loaf of bread and large iced coffee splash of cream.
I pull up to drive thru and am asked to wait before giving my order…no big deal 30s, 45s, 1-2 min sure…dude I had to wait 5 min just to PLACE my order. Then I asked for my bread - simple - white loaf - thin sliced - the drive through operator is lost af has zero clue. She stumbles a solid 2-3 minutes before getting it together.
Then I ask for a large iced coffee splash of cream. I’m handed a large cup of essentially 90% cream… if I essentially wanted a glass of milk I’d have gone to cvs and gotten a gallon yet here we are…
I’m a patient and forgiving person. But yo you failed HARD - because guess what speaking to my family - this location is notorious for bombing orders.

Read moreUsually, i rate Panera Bread with four or five stars for their delicious, fresh, and healthy foods. The prices are a bit high, but the staff usually accommodates table service for individuals with disabilities. However, my first time at this particular store, the store manager told me that i have to leave immediately because they are closing early. This store needs better service. I recommend going to other Panera Bread stores, and staying away from this one.
Edit: I originally gave this store 1 star, but the manager did come back as I was writing this post and try to find another place for me to enjoy my purchase. Despite the hardship for people with disabilities to continually transfer from place to place, she did appear to be trying to accommodate
Edit: One year after the above incident, there appears to be different (better) management and crew. Edit to 5-stars. Thank you for the recent...
