Warhammer — Local services in Tallahassee

I've never been to a Warhammer store, so I decided to stop by this one on the way home from Florida. Chris immediately greeted us when we walked in and talked to me about my army I'm slowly building and just made us feel very welcome in general to the store. Upon finding out at checkout that I've never been to a Warhammer store, he gave us a rewards book for next time I go to one of their stores and some very cool pins from their stores grand opening. Unfortunately while the manager is great he allows for a hostile hobby culture by allowing a subset of individuals to have monopolize the local community and take control of the store through a clique they created. They control who gets on the tables in their own discord server, who can conveniently find games, and who gets "blacklisted" and socially outcasted. I wouldn't recommend the store simply from the monopolize community that the manager doesnt control but...

I went to this store based on a recommendation from a friend. With no prior experience with miniatures, or any physical 40k media, I felt very welcome by the guests at Warhammer, and by Chris, the store manager. Chris showed me the fundamentals to painting my first mini, and the kind supporters of the store even gave me a handful of minis to get started. I walked out with a positive experience, and a new hobby. :)
